Natalie's POV
I walked to the beach and Rydel was already there.
"Hey girl!" She said running to me.
"Hey!"
"I set up my stuff over by the tree over there if you want to go set your stuff down." She pointed to a tree a few feet away.
"Okay." I started walking over by the tree. "Are you coming with me?" I asked her.
"No, I forgot something in my car. I'll be over in a minute."
I walked over to where her stuff was and spread out my towel.
Ross' POV
There she is. She's talking to Rydel. I'm really going to do this. I don't know if I can. I have to. If I don't do it now, I might not have another chance.
Oh gosh. She's walking this way. I don't want to scare her by just walking out from behind the tree. What should I do?
I walked out from behind the tree.
"Oh, hey Ross!" She said.
Well here goes nothing.
"Hey Natalie."
"Call me Nat." She said smiling.
"Okay Nat." I smiled. "Do you wanna go for a walk?"
"Sure. Let me put my stuff down."
She put he stuff down next to Rydel's and we started walking.
I can't believe I'm going to do this..
"So um, I know we just met yesterday, but uh."
"Ross?" She asked
"Natalie, do you want to go out with me?" I asked turning to her.
"No."
