Chapter 17

Helloooo everyone. Gosh it seems like forever since I last updated this; I am so sorry for such the long wait. I've been busy lately and going through some things with friends at school. Now I'm on break so happy but I've been having writer's block for so long. But I must say it puts a great big smile on my face when I see that people are reading and voting and adding my story to their library it makes me feel awesome!! This is dedicated to everyone :D So when this popped in my head I had to go ahead and write it out. I hope you guys enjoy it. Sorry for spelling and grammar errors.

Chapter 17

I awoke to the most peaceful position. My bed was extra warm this morning, and I did not want to move from this bed. I noticed that there were another pair of legs tangled up with mine and an arm was draped over my waist. I finally realized that my body curved into someone else. The body I lay with had a hard muscled stomach. I turned my head to see Chad looking at me, with those heart stopping blue eyes. He kissed me on the forehead, smiling. “Good morning beautiful.” He brushed a strand of hair out of my face.

“Morning,” I whispered back. He smiled at me, before going in for a kiss. It was soft and gentle kiss and I couldn’t help but smile against his lips.

“I think I heard my family leave, so it seems we have the place to our selves.” His voice came out husky; he leaned his forehead against mine. I smiled up at him.

“Hmm, does that mean you’re going to be making breakfast?” I gave him an innocent, sweet smile.

“If breakfast is what you want, you shall have it Madame.”  He said in a French accent and kissed the tip of my nose. I laughed.

“Well I guess you best get to cooking.” I playfully shoved him. He looked at me like he was hurt at my actions; I just rolled my eyes at him.

“Come on; let’s get downstairs to the kitchen.” He threw back the covers and hopped out of bed and then came around to my side of the bed.

“Chad what are you do--“ I was interrupted by Chad picking me up-bridal style- out of the bed. I yelped out of surprise. “Oh my God, Chad you are crazy.” I wrapped my arms around his neck and just smiled. He carried me all the way down to the kitchen, and not one time did he have to shift my weight. When we finally got to the kitchen he sat me on one of the bar stools on the opposite side of the counter.

Chad strolled over to the fridge and started rummaging through it. “Let’s see what we have here.” Chad began pulling things out the refrigerator and was setting the food on the counter.

Few minutes later Chad was making pancakes, eggs and bacon. He had set a bowl of grapes out for me, I munched on those while he cooked us breakfast. “Hey babe could you get two plates out of that cabinet for me?” He asked. I hopped down from the stool and patted over to the cabinet. Since it was high up and I was short I had to stretch up on my tip-e-toes, causing Chad’s shirt to rise up showing my underwear. “Now that’s a lovely view,” Chad was leaning against the counter beside the stove looking at my butt.

“You are such a perv, here” I handed him the plates that I finally managed to get down. I shoved the plates at him and went back to my seat on the stool. He chuckled turning back to the food at hand. Chad placed the food on both plates, setting one in front of me and the other across from me. Chad then grabbed two glasses and filled them with orange juice.

Chad finally settled down in the seat across from me. He waited until I took the first bite to see my reaction. “Mm I must say this is delicious.” I scooped another mouthful.  For awhile we just sat and ate in a comfortable silence. As we ate I couldn’t help but hearing drops of water coming from outside. I turned to look over my shoulder to look out the window; sure enough it was raining. I turned back around and continued eating.
