I looked up at non other than a Courser. On the outside I looked like I could care less but on the inside I was panicking and trying to figure out how I could escape.
"Oh hey M4. Long time no see." I said carelessly.
He didn't reply to my statement, "M4-72 Relaying bac-" he started before I quickly grabbed my knife and stabbed his wrist. He yelped and it gave me enough time to start running away.
I gasped as he started shooting at me. I dogged every shot and hid behind a bus stop and loaded my rifle quickly.
Suddenly I heard two more guns being fired. I looked back and saw that same guy from the airport. Wait was he following me?
"ANNETTE GET YOUR RIFLE OUT!" I looked to the other side and saw Elizabeth. I quickly started shooting at the Courser as well. I heard a shattering before I heard that guy yelp in pain. I looked over at him and noticed his Power Armor leg was gone. I quickly started running towards the Courser and got my katana out before jumping on top of him and stabbing his neck while Elizabeth took the final shot to his neck as he got decapitated.
"ELIZABETH GET ADAM WE HAVE WOUNDED!" She nodded before running back in the direction of the house as I quickly got the guy out of his Power Armor. As I helped him out I saw Adam rush towards me and grabbed him. I looted the Courser before I saw Elizabeth get in the Power Armor and walk with Adam as he helped Danse to the house.
As I opened the door to help Adam in, Izzy left the Power Armor by it's designated area. As they went inside I went to the box next to the station for material and got to work on repairing the leg.
-2 hours later-
I sighed as I finally finished the leg. I went back inside and saw Bella on the couch.
"How is he?"
"He's stable. We have to get more stimpacks. We have about five left."
I nodded, "I'll go to Dimond City tomorrow." I dropped off my book bag in the kitchen before walking to my room and grabbing my guitar.
I walked to the vacant room we usually use for visitors and, sure enough, he's there, asleep. I sit in the chair in the corner before playing a few cords. I started to sing "Safe and Sound"

I squeaked at the sudden voice and looked up to see him awake.
