Chapter 15: Who Are You Calling Fat?!?!?

milo pov

"wake up milo"

"it's time for school milo"

"you're going to be late milo"

"milo, milo, milo" I heard voices and groaned covering my ears

"rex, hunter please" I groaned

"silence you little twerps before we maul the lot of ya" rex shouted at the pilot fish and they finally stayed quiet

"yeah before we maul you" hunter laughed while I sighed and finally picked my head up from the sand and looked at the two giant bull sharks swimming around me

"thank you guys" I said stretching and running my fingers through my hair before looking around only to see the beautiful view I woke up to with all the fish swimming around in their school of fish, the lobsters and crab shuffling in the sand along with the shrimp and even a couple of turtles in the distance. waking up to this really was nice, but I missed the feeling of a bed. even the one at the motel

"it's no problem milo, but don't you think you should return to your home now?" rex asked

"I don't want to, I rather sleep on the ocean floor homeless" I said crossing my arms and putting my foot down......or flipper now I guess

"that right he has school, your late" hunter announced. he wasn't the sharpest formation in the coral if you caught my drift

"I don't have school for a while hunter, we went over this last night" I reminded him

"oh......but your late" he repeated and I sighed into my hands

"hunter go observe the men near the shore, but remember not to go to close" rex sighed

"ok rex" hunter said happy starting to swim off

"wait hunter, what's the thing I taught you?" I quickly shouted after him

"oh yeah, if I bite they'll have a fright and then the men will take my life" he cheered

"keep repeating that all of you" I ordered and he nodded

"I really hope he doesn't attack anyone.......again" I groaned

"that boy is going to end up as soup" rex shook his head while I started to swim inland myself

"shouldn't you be worried you're his guardian" I pointed out

"yes but I can only do so much for that boy, at least as soup he'll make someone happy" he pointed out

"you can be depressing sometimes" I pointed out

"would you rather me repeat that morbid rhyme with a smile on my face" he asked and I chuckled

"at least I'm trying to help him out" I pointed out

"true, but I doubt it would do much good though" rex shrugged as we swam through the sea and I soon swam upward taking a look at the beach only to see that it was already crowed

"I woke up too late" I sighed looking at everyone on the beach. like this it would be impossible for me to get out of the ocean

"I can make a few passes to shake them up a bit" rex offered

"no that would only make trouble" I sighed looking at land sadden. I was going to use the last of my money to buy a pizza and ask the manger if I could work there for a while

"there's a boat" rex quickly announced snapping me out of it and I turned to see a tour boat was coming towards me before quickly diving into the water
