Chapter 31: Round 2

Milo pov

"Um.... iri-" I started as I was being dragged into the pack house

"Shut up" she told me again and I was quiet but still confused

I have no idea what's going on with iris...or anyone for that matter first Ryder and Marcus start acting weird, then everyone else in the group starts being weird, then Gwen and finally iris was pulling me out of school saying that we needed to talk

I was happy to listen to her especially since she saved me from that pureblood, but still what could be so important that we have to skip school. Soon iris came to my room opening it before shoving me inside and locking the door behind her

"What's going on?" I asked worried and she was silent only staring at me for a moment

"First i'm taking this" she said walking over to me

"Taking wh-" I started confused when she suddenly grabbed me by the hip with one hand while making me look up at her with the other and her lips pressed against my own

.... wait what?

I was in complete shock when it happened. I tried snapping myself out of it over and over again not wanting to believe it, but no matter which way I looked at it I was now being kissed by iris in my locked room....... the thought brought tears to my eyes. Was she going to rape me like the others wanted to?

"That was your first kiss wasn't it?" she asked after the kiss and I stared at her feeling betrayed

"Why?" I asked at least wanting to know why she do something like this. Why would she make me trust her like I did? why do this now?

"I thought we were friends" I said confused tears falling from my eyes

"We're not friend's milo.... we're mates" she declared while I looked at her

"......What?"

"You're my mate milo and I love you" she announced letting go of me while I took two steps away from her and saw that she looked saddened

"B-but I don't-" I started not believing it

"I know you don't love me, but I love you and because of that you're my mate" she declared again while I only looked at her confused

"A couple years ago, the moon goddess came to me in a dream because I didn't want a mate. I thought they were stupid and unfair to us since we didn't get to pick them, so she cut my mate bond and gave me the choice to pick my own mate. it would be whoever I fell in love with, only it had to be head over heels so even though i've had past boyfriends they never came close......until I met you" she said giving me a look

"When I first met you to be honest you were the most annoying guy i've ever met, you cry a lot, your weak, you jump to conclusions, and your pretty oblivious to some things.....but when I got to know you better I saw that you were just kind, cute, smart, handsome and just someone who wanted to live his life happy with his friends and because of that I ended up falling in love with you, but it's also because your my original mate" she announced while I went wide eyed

"H-huh?"

"You're my first mate, the mate that I loss the bond with, your birthmark is proof. in the werewolf world that mark is a symbol of the two people who have the right to rule the werewolves, that means your my original mate milo" she announced looking at me......in a way I couldnt describe, it was somewhat like the looks I got from the other girls, but it was different

"......then doesn't that mean you don't want me" I pointed out

"No milo I want you, i've wanted you ever since I found out you were my mate at your party two weeks ago i've just been holding back because I know how you are with women, but that was only killing me cause I didn't know how to act around you and I had to constantly see all those fucking bitches touching you over and over again" she growled startling me
