Chapter 49: Worth It

I woke up the next day to the sound of beautiful humming only to open my eyes to find milo sitting across the room in front of the mirror with a pair of scissors cutting some of his hair

Suddenly at the end of his song milo turned to me as I laid down on the bed smiling at him happily making him return it before brushing the hair off his shirt and slowly walking over to me 

"My heart is pierce by cupid

I distain all glittering gold

There is nothing can console me-" he paused before giving me a small peck on the lips causing a shiver to go down my spine

"Unless its iris hold" he finished making me scoff before wrapping my arms around him pulling him into bed

"I like that little twist you added" I pointed out making him chuckle happily

"I thought you might"

"So, you finally cut your hair huh" I said before running my fingers through his shortened hair "it looks nice"

"Thank you, I thought it be best to cut it now before graduation" he declared before we went into a comfortable silence till realization hit me

"Wait you still haven't told me where you learned that song from" I pointed out

"My mother used to sing it to me when I was little.... Before she went crazy" he clarified while I couldnt help but scoff a bit till milo suddenly sat up in bed getting out of my hold "thank you for whatever you did yesterday... it really meant a lot to me" he declared while I stared at him for a bit before smiling

"It not a problem, I told you that i'm not letting you go remember"

"True... although I'm still worried about my father" milo admitted while I only petted his head

"It's ok, I'll take care of it if anything happens" I declared making milo smile before peaking ne on the lips

"I don't know how I'm ever going to repay you"

"i mean you don't have to" I pointed out before scooting closer to milo smirking down at him "but what do you have planned for the rest of your life"

"Other than raising our children and becoming a marine biologist not very much" he suddenly declared making me scoff slightly disappointed with the honest answer till out of nowhere milo suddenly pulled me closer towards him before giving me a longing kiss "but if your free right now, I can think of a few things to do" he declared while I only stared at him in shock

"...since when did you become so horny?" I asked genuinely curious while milo only smiled

"With a queen like you I'd have to be blind not to want you" he announced before he slowly moved a hand to my thigh making me growl about to lean in ready to fuck the shit out of him

'Iris, you need to come downstairs' harper suddenly declared making me groan

'Not now' I said annoyed before looking at milos confused face "n-not you, harper"
