Chapter Ten - Warning or a Threat?

Your POV
I woke up to the birds singing outside my window, i must've left the window open... haha.
I walked down the stairs to see a blonde girl with icy blue eyes, she kinda reminds me of Hanabusa, she looked at me and smiled as she asked, "you must be (Y/N), am I correct?" I nodded and she continued, "I've heard so many things about you!" My gut tells me that I shouldn't trust her.... so I put up a fake smile that was very believable, "only good things I hope... and who might you be?" When I took a closer look at her face I noticed a faint red glint in her eyes, "Veronica, Veronica Jinx" I raised an eyebrow, "that's an interesting name you've got" she grinned, "why thank you, yours is as well" "we should go to class!" Takuma suggested with a smile on his face, we all nodded and left. I still feel like I can't trust that Veronica... I guess I'll have to keep that hidden for now. When we arrived at class, Toga didn't look all too pleased to see Veronica, does he have the same feeling as I? Or does he just hate the fact that he has to teach another vampire.... probably the latter.
After class I got my things together when I noticed a note on my table, the note said:
Dear (Y/N),
I hope you're excited for this week, you should, I mean, who knows? You might face your worst nightmare or your most wanted dream will come true. - unknown
I laughed, what a weird note. The writing was very fancy though, hmm... my worst nightmare? My most wanted dream? So poetic, I laughed again then left the classroom, "you certainly enjoyed yourself in class, didn't you?" I smiled at Hanabusa who asked and nodded, "indeed, I got a strange note and I found it rather funny" Hanabusa raised an eyebrow, "hm?" I nodded and showed him the note, "strange, isn't it? My worst nightmare and my most wanted dream... who could it be from and what could it mean?" Hanabusa thought for a while before answering, "maybe it could be a warning or someone threatening you" I let out a chuckle, "maybe, I wonder which one, but if is a warning, what would they be warning me about?" Hanabusa shook his head, "I don't know... but there's something icy about this... be careful, (Y/N), alright? You're walking on thin ice" I rolled my eyes, "you've been paying attention in poetry class I see" I let out a chuckle but he looked at me with a serious expression, "(Y/N)! I'm serous!" "Okay, okay, I'll be careful!" He sighed in relief, "good, I don't want you braking the ice and falling into the cold water" I chuckle, "you're kinda starting to freak me out, Aido" his eyes widen, "you never call me that!" I grin, "I guess I must've made a crack in the ice wall, eh?" He chuckles, you're right, I should stop, it is a bit creepy" we laugh and continue walking to the dorm. When we arrive I walk into my dorm room, flop on my back in my bed and continued to look at the note, there's something odd about it.... I raised the note higher so the light from the window shone through it, I took a closer look and it looked like there were other letters. I took an even closer look so now I could fully see what it said, it said:
Dear (Y/N),
I hope you're in good health from our last encounter. I have sent a woman of the name Veronica to bring you back so we can start experimenting again. Oh! And she'll do anything in her power to bring you back, have fun! - unknown.
Damn! It's those people again! Who kidnapped me and had me in a cell for two months straight, experimenting on me! Why can't they just give up?! I knew I shouldn't have trusted that Veronica, I have to go warn the others! I put the note into my pocket and ran out of my dorm room towards Kaname's, I knocked gently on the door, "Kaname, it's me, (Y/N), may I come in?" I didn't wait for his reply and walked in, when I walked in I saw what no girl wanted to see, only happen to them, I saw Veronica and Kaname kissing!! I knew she was gonna be trouble! I enjoyed being fought over by everyone! And she ruined it! Tch. I ran out of the room, I heard Kaname yell my name, I looked behind me and saw Kaname running after me, "why are you following me?" I stopped and he stopped in front of me, he sounded a bit out of breath... I am a good runner! "Let me.... explain" I try to look serious, "there's no need" but I failed and smiled, "she kissed you, right?" He raised his eyebrows, "how'd you know?" I let out a chuckle, "Kaname, it's a book cliche that the main character's best friend gets kissed by the main character's worst enemy" he thought for a moment, "I get your point.... but... are you guys enemies?" I nodded, "she works for the people that kidnapped me and had me locked up for two months while experimenting on me" his eyes widen, "really?! How do you know?" I took the note out of my pocket and showed him, "You can't see unless it's going through sunlight, but they left that note" I raised the note so the light from the big windows were shining through the note, "ah... i see" Kaname said after reading the note, "surely, we have to do something about that" I nodded, "indeed, but what? That is the question...." I looked out the window, "we can't let her get suspicious.... she'll do anything to make me jealous of her.." his lips tucked into a small grin, "were you jealous?" I looked at him with a straight face and replied in a bored voice, "no" I then looked back at the window, "I have an idea!" He raised and eyebrow, "which is?" I leaned in closer to his ear and whispered to him my idea, "that's great idea! Let's do it!" I smiled and hugged him, "thank you Kaname, lets start the plan tomorrow!" He nodded and we walked our separate ways. I really hope this plan works.

That's it for today! I'm really sorry for not updating! I've been busy with school and the horses, I'll be competing this Saturday and my confirmation is this Sunday... but thank you so much for the patience! I hope you guys liked the chapter!
