Chapter Thirty Two - Frightening Introductions

Your POV
I sigh as I put the note down and get ready, I put my hair up in a ponytail and get dressed. I sigh as I look at my white uniform, "why white? White is a terrible color for vampires.. I can never understand why Kaien chose the color of purity for vampires.." I take another look st myself in the mirror and was about to head out when the door is opened, "it shall forever remain a mystery, I think" I laugh as Shiki enters, "I suppose you're right Shiki, I'll just have to accept that.. but what are you doing here?" He smiles gently, "I came to get you, we're about to go to class" I nod, "Alright then, let's get going!" We walk outside and close the door then head downstairs. I smile at everyone, "good morn- er.. evening everyone!" Akatsuki stifles a laugh, "still getting used to that?" I blush from embarrassment at his comment, "yep.. just like how you're struggling with history" I look at him and grin. He immediately looks way in embarrassment. Hanabusa punches him in his right arm in a playful gesture, "she really hit you there, heh. It seems her sass is returning" I walk up to Hanabusa so we're only a few inches away, "what do you mean? It never left" he blushes, "Aww.. what's that? Was I able to make Hanabusa the player blush?" His eyes widen in realization and then he blushes, "Don't remind me.." I chuckle, "man, I sure am the charmer!" His blush deepened, "shut up" this time Ruka scoffed, "shall we stop playing and get to class? If I get a bad grade in attendance, I'm blaming you!" I smile as I trot towards her, "Aww Ruka, you're as rude as always" she smiles, "only when I want to" we chuckle and walk together.
Akatsuki's POV
I leaned towards Hanabusa as we were walking to class, "tell me.. since when have they been friends? I thought they hated each other?" Hanabusa shrugged, "they're girls.. I'll never understand how they work, yo I probably won't either" I nod in understanding, "you're right.. but at least I'm not the one blushing like a ten years old boy in front of the most badass woman I know" he blushes in embarrassment, "shut up, you can't say that.. cuz you did!" I grin, "yeah, in embarrassment but you my friend.. Obviously had other things in mind" he punches me in the shoulder, "whatever" I look forward, my grin widening, "and just when I thought you were totally gay for Kaname, heh, that's too bad" this time he hit me in the head, "shut up! If you haven't forgotten, we need to be on alert in case someone kidnaps (Y/N) again!" I sigh in defeat, "right.." I let out another sigh at the thought of (Y/N) being kidnapped once again, "I honestly don't know why she keeps being kidnapped.. I still can't wrap my head around the whole "BlueBlood" thing.. how are you so calm about it?" Hanabusa sighed as well, "a wise man once said, being at ease with not knowing is crucial for answers to come to you*" I raise an eyebrow, "since when did you hear that?" He shrugs, "Takuma made me read a book.." I smile, "you poor thing" we talk until we arrive at the school, that's when we see a person in a trench coat with a wine red scarf wrapped around his neck, standing before us. Kaname was the first to speak, "who are you?" The man grinned, "no one in particular.." (Y/N) shifted uncomfortably.. he must be dangerous. I took a step forward, "what do you want?" The man smiled, "ah, a clever one.. I want something rather.. magical" I was taken back a bit by his answer, he wants something magical? We're vampires, not unicorns. Hanabusa glared at the man, "and what exactly is this 'magical item' you seem?" The man smiles yet again, "oh how wonderful you are! Willing to give it to me as soon as you know what it is! You're much easier to talk to than Kaien!" Kaien? He spoke to our headmaster? I wonder what happened.. "then tell us, if I want it so desperately, what is the item?" The man's smile turned into a smirk, "well.. I wouldn't exactly call it an item.." Takuma crosses his arms, "that's what you called it earlier" the man nodded, "yes yes, I did indeed.. that was to catch your attention" Takuma raised an eyebrow, "oh? So then please do enlighten us since you have our attention about this 'magical item' which isn't even an item.." the man walked towards us, his footsteps were silent and yet you could hear them echo through the walls, as he walked his small laughter got louder and louder, "this so called item is a girl.. she comes from a very special family and goes to this very school" (Y/N) clenched her fists as she spoke up, "and what are you planning to do with her once we hand her over?" The man looked her up and down then his expression went blank, "you'll just have to find out for yourself.. (Y/N) (L/N)" (Y/N) glared at the man but her expression changed quickly into s cheerful one, "I guess you're right.. then I shall lead you to her!" The man was shocked to hear her answer, "really? I was expecting you to say something like 'we won't hand her over so easily! If you want her, you'll have to get through us first!' But this.. I did not expect!" (Y/N) just smiled at him, "silly goose, of course not! We know better than to get on the wrong side of an extremely powerful man" the man nodded in agreement, "you are very wise" she thanked him. Kaname grabbed (Y/N)'s arm and attempted to stop her, she yanked it back, gave him a look and said something to him. I was too far away to hear what she said, but whatever it was I'm sure he didn't like it.
3rd person POV
(Y/N) and the man walked together through the school grounds, "Excuse me, but I'm quite curious.. I didn't really catch your name, would you mind telling me?" The man chuckled, "my my! How rude of me! Completely forgot introductions! My name is Edwin, Edwin Colt"
