Sidharth's POV :

"Wake up Sidharth." Kaira's sweet voice echoed and I open my eyelids slightly to see her smiling down at me.

"Good morning, beautiful." I snuggle closer to her but when all I touch is air and my pillows, I open my eyes startled.

Where did she go?

I look around furiously to find her but she is nowhere to be seen.

Damn it, Sid you are imagining her!

Well, it would be great to get up and see her as the first thing. I smile getting up and go for my morning workout session. After an hour and half walking out of the shower, I look into the walk-in closet to find something to wear.

"The black shirt suits you." Once again Kaira's voice says as my vision lands on the black T-shirt folded at the top in the wardrobe. Grinning, I pull it out.

Walking in the kitchen while rolling up my sleeves, I dig in for ingredients of my black coffee.

She likes sugar, no doubt her voice is so sweet. It wouldn't kill to try with sugar for once though.

Immediately I add a cube in my cup.

"You don't have to drink it because of me, drink as you like it." Once again her melodious voice rungs in my ears and quietly I sip from my cup.

"But I want to, your choices are my choices." I answer it back in my mind.

"What are you thinking? My gorgeous bhabhi?" Preet smirks from the door which earns her an instant glare.

"Why anybody else?" I let my sister have the pleasure this time.

"You can't wait to be married to her, can you?" She giggles poking me in the forearm teasingly.

"Maybe not." I shrug carelessly.

"Who are you trying to fool?" She asks with amusement and humor evident in her eyes "Don't I know you are head over heels in love with her? Tsk tsk, go and dramatize in front of someone else, not me!"

Rolling my eyes at her, I keep my cup down walking out on her.

"You have to recharge my phone!" She calls out from behind and I sigh.

Things elder brothers have to do.

Kaira's voice doesn't leave my head even once. Either I'm typing a mail, or having breakfast with my family she is always there, commenting her opinions in her sugar-sweet melody.

I tried to control them but it got even worse!

At a point, my head aches like someone just smashed it to a hard rock. Laying on my bed, I try to get her out of my mind with negligible success.

She is all over my mind and heart! Fuck!

Maybe work could help.

That was my first thought and I immediately get back to my laptop only to find its battery dead.
