Chapter - 32: I really needed this hug.

Sidharth's POV:

"What!?" I couldn't help but yell at my assistant who was at fault this time "What the heck is wrong with you!? Why have you been telling me important things at such last moments!?"

She hung her head low "I'm sorry sir, but if I'd known before I would have told you immediately. Their assistant called up just now and I ran in to let you know."

1 hour! One bloody hour!

Unconsciously I slam my fist on the table in anger.

"Leave! Let me think something." I snap at her and she scoots away hurriedly.

What do I do now!? I have to search someone for it now!

Immediately opening my laptop, I didn't had time to smile at my wallpaper which was my lovely fiance and opened the employee register, scanning through the foreign relations department.

There must be someone in this department. There has to be! Damn it!

When my phone suddenly rang it irritated me till no tomorrow, before I could snap at the caller I saw who it was and unconsciously calmed down a little.

Sighing I picked up "Its not a good time Kaira, can I call you back later?"

"Sidharth, you sound off. What happened?" Her voice came worried.

"A situation came up in office." I sighed frustrated.

"Hey, you know you can tell me, I mean can I help anyway?"

"Ah, I don't know! We have a collaboration with a German company for one project and uninforming they are coming down today, my employee who was looking after this project, with presentation and all is on leave and is going to come back in few days when this meeting was actually fixed! I would have given presentation but they need it in German and I had taken Spanish and French as a extra language! Fuck it!" I slammed my fist down on the table again "Her assistant is also not there today and I have to find someone to give that presentation and seal this deal."

"Ow. Okay, now that I know your problem I'll solve it." She said and I could feel her smile as she continued "I have a solution for you."

"What?" I asked interested.

She laughed "That I'll tell you when I come to your office, I'll be there in 10 mins. Till then, can you collect your employee's presentation and notes she may have submitted?"

Agreeing in daze I didn't know when she hung up. Shrugging I called in for Layla. She was little scared as she came but relaxed when she saw me calmer than before. I instantly tell her what all I'll need and she goes back.

What is this girl planning? But her laugh is so adorable—

10 mins later Kaira knocked on my door with a smile. I pulled her in a hug as soon as she came closer.

"Okay, now tell me what's your solution." I tell her as we sit down at the table.

"Well, of course I got you someone who can give that presentation for you." She grinned.

My mood lifts up and I ask "Who?"

"Me? Duh." She pointed to herself.

Corners of my mouth itched to side as I smiled "You would? Could?"

She nodded "Though I'm little scared as I'm not in practice of presentations but I'll take this chance. I'm pretty confident on my language so it'll ease off some tension."
