Kaira's POV:

As decided everyone assembled in my living room on the evening we leave for our trip. Mom, bhabhi and I were in the kitchen getting everything ready for dinner.

Every plate on the table was set when I look over to the gang in front of the TV, the guys along with my brother were busy with the football match, yelling and cheering for their team. The only ones that hadn't show up yet were Sidharth and milkshake.

Idiots.

I shake my head in annoyance and move towards the TV, roughly switching it off.

"What the hell?!" They growled in chorus.

I give my best puppy dog eyes "The dinner is ready!" They groan in frustration and dump back on couches, I narrow my eyes at them "You do know I can leave you guys for watching it till the end, right? That would mean leaving you guys behind."

They reluctantly get up and take their seats beside each other. We also take our places and mom and Shreya serve. As the boys are totally into the football, Nikki goes in for Bollywood gossips.

"Badi ma!!" We hear a shrill voice of my best friend, milkshake. He runs like a kid who saw his birthday present kept on the table towards my mother dumping his bags at the only entrance of the house. He immediately touches her feet to take blessings then engulfs her in a big bear hug. Behind him I notice Sidharth walking over to us with eyebrows raised.

"How is my big boy?" My mom asks sweetly pecking his forehead lovingly.

"Seeing you all my sins are washed away Badi ma!" He grins and in return, he gets a smack on the head from none other than my big bro Arav Shetty!

I walk over to Sidharth and lean in close to whisper "Ignore their drama, he has come after long so their emotional drama will go on. Keep your bags with the others' and join us at the dining table, I've kept you a place."

He chuckled nodding.

"Hello to you too Bhai!" Milkshake whines but then they both hug like long lost friends.

Geez! Even Ritz didn't give me that big of a hug as milkshake is giving to my brother dear.

We resume eating with a few words exchanged here and there. Within half an hour we were outside loading the car with our luggage. Hugging my family goodbye I sit in the driver's seat.

The Innova is fully occupied with Karthik, Kabir and Niki sitting at the far back and Sam, Sidharth, and milkshake in the middle seat while Sree is beside me.

Milkshake grumbled about not letting him sit in the shotgun. Grumpy pants!

Sidharth was less grumpy than milkshake but he did show me his displeasure at my sitting arrangements. Giving him a sly smile I start the engine. Disregarding me with an annoyed glare he opened his laptop that I let him bring this once.

I didn't want anything happening to his business when he tries to let loose and enjoy for 2 days, I know it's his passion and I'd never let it taken away for anybody's selfish reasons.

Niki being the excited one on this trip starts suggesting games to play and within mins, everyone except Sree and I are involved in games.

I give my opinion every now and then when needed but Sree was already engrossed into her iPad making me narrow my eyes at her to which she simply shrugged.

"Damn it Sree! We are on vacation!" I snap playfully and she glances at me before going back into that gadget.

"Isn't it Sam's time to drive yet?" She looks to her watch and I gasp.
