Chapter - 47: You're my destiny.

Kaira's POV:

Sidharth no!

My inner shouts couldn't be heard by him as he interrupted his aunt to stop accusing. Sidharth was mad, very mad and I couldn't stop him.

Seeing Aditya itself would have triggered his anger, over that with his mean aunt accusing dad would have finally busted the volcano.

Oh my God. What do I do!? This should not be happening!

Aditya is a family member, a close one at that!

Sidharth please calm down. Don't spill what is going in your mind! Please! This is your family! Don't create rifts, please!

"Please Aunty, stop accusing dad." Sidharth's voice was gruff and sounded like he was controlling himself from bursting out.

Wrenching his arm out of my grip he takes his steps forward— towards Aditya.

"Adi, my dear brother, did you had an accident?" Sidharth asks gritting his teeth as he stands in front of his brother.

"Sid... bro... I—" Aditya stutters as he tries to look in Sidharth's eyes but fails.

"Yes? I'm listening." Sidharth pondered stepping closer to make an eye contact with his brother "Were you in an accident or did you lie to your mother, brother?"

"Sid! What are you talking about!? He was in bed when I met him and he will never lie to me!" His mean aunt, aunt Urmi interrupted her son from saying anything.

"Is that so?" He mocked as he didn't look away from his brother "Its such a good thing you came home Adi... I had a really important task for you."

Sidharth slings his arm around Aditya's shoulder as he walked them slowly towards me, across the elders between them.

"Know Kaira, don't you? Of course you do. Don't you think you forgot something the last time?" Sidharth says as they reach me. No one says a thing.

"Sid bro..." Aditya tries to protest but he isn't allowed.

"Yes, I remembered what you forgot. You forgot to apologize to my wife." Sidharth interrupted, tugging him towards me he urged "Do it now. Go on."

Aditya looks at me but my eyes don't leave Sidharth as he urged. A moment later I heard it, the apology.

"I'm sorry... Kaira— whatever I did... or said was—"

"Bhabhi" Sidharth reminded and Aditya immediately corrects himself "Better. Now get to your room and rest, I want you out of the house the first thing in the morning."

"Sidharth! What is this behavior!?" Dad interrupts harshly.

All eyes were on Sidharth now as he sighed frustrated "Dad, I'm just doing what I need to. Adi's apology has been haunting me for almost 2 months and we just needed it."

"Apologize!? Adi! To that just came girl! Are you in your mind Sid!? What has happened to you? Are you forgetting your relationships for this girl that came just yesterday!?" Aunt Urmi starts taunting.

"If I had forgotten my relationships, aunt, I wouldn't have admitted him in the hospital." Sidharth snapped but his aunt ignores him, continuing with her taunts.

Her words don't affect me but Sidharth's anger does, that's why I was pleading him all I could.

"Wasn't I telling bhaiya!? This girl will bring rifts in our family! What did you even see in her! Look how she is separating brothers now—"
