Dear Mark, I'm sorry for the pain I'm going to cause you. I know that you promised me that you will never hurt me..but I'm the one that ended up hurting you. I wanted to tell you about me leaving but I just couldn't find the right time to tell you. By the time you read this I will be on a plane heading back to the US. I never wanted to leave you in the first place. It was my uncle's and parents decided. I couldn't do anything about even if I wanted too. I'm sorry for hurting you. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I'm thankful for everything you've done for me. I don't know if I will ever return to Korea and see you again, but I still want us to be together. I know that most long distance relationships don't work out but I want us to try it. If we truly love each other we will try and stay together no matter what. If things don't end up working just know that I do truly love you. I'm sorry for the pain I'm causing you. I love you, Mark.
