Pain.

Darkness.

Fear.

These were emotions that Darth Sidious usually thrived on, but this time, the emotions were his own. He thought bitterly of the moment he had almost succeeded. He was emperor, he had a loyal servant, a vast empire, an army. he had his enemy in his grasp, then his most loyal servant, his apprentice, had betrayed him and thrown him down a chute to his death.

Now he was here, where  ever here was. It was a place so consumed with dark side energy that any user was overwhelmed by the power. But they couldn't die, no, they were already dead so they were trapped in eternal suffering, cells exploding with power overload, then reforming to be blown again. torture. that was what his long, hidden, painfully thought out plan had won him. The worst part was that Vader had not followed him, no, he had been redeemed.

He managed look at himself and saw that he was still old and wrinkled. trapped as a tortured old man for eternity.

He looked around and saw others. Many others. All the Sith he had heard of and some he hadn't. His old master was near by, Darth Plagious curled in a fetal position shuddering with pain. there were only a few standing. the strong ones, he thought. He was strong. He would endure until he could escape... he would not stay here.

Obi wan awoke with a start. his dream had been filled with malice and pain but there was no clarity. It seemed almost diluted as if a little bit of ink had trickled in to a class of pure water. The Light Side was so strong it seemed there was no darkness, but here he had found some, this was the first dream like this he had had here in this place. It made him nervous. He had a feeling that darkness was coming.
