1 month later-
The plague ended. Anakin had figured out from what Obi wan had done that the Light Side could be used to countermand the effects. All the Jedi that hadn't fallen prey helped until the Valley and all it's inhabitants were back to normal. All except one. Obi wan still hadn't woken. Satine rarely left her apartment except to visit him. Padme and Anakin relied on each other for comfort. No amount of Force energy poured into Obi wan seemed to make a difference. As close as the doctors could tell, he was in a Force Coma. He had used so much of it that it had taken some of his life Force. Jedi had been warned about this as youngling but it had never happened in memory so it was not considered a serious threat. They had been told that sometimes the person never woke.
Anakin was thinking about this in his and Padme's apartment when she came over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Anakin, there is someone coming to the Valley. I think you should Receive them."
"Who is it?" Asked Anakin, uninterested.
"Ahsoka." Padme said simply.
Anakin straightened. "When?" He asked.
"A half an hour." Anakin nodded and went to get his speeder. Padme smiled. He needed this. Maybe seeing his old friend and pupil would cheer him up some. He had been in a kind of daze ever since Obi wan had been in a coma. Maybe Ahsoka could shake him out of it.

Anakin drove quickly toward the Arrival Zone. He was excited to see Ahsoka again but also a little nervous because he remembered some of the things he had said to Ahsoka while being Vader were horrible. He shook himself out of it. He would apologize and explain everything to her. She deserved that and better.
He exited the speeder and waited for Ahsoka.
Five minutes later she appeared. He gave he a hand up and pulled he into an embrace. She pulled back and looked him over. She raised her eyebrow and said "This is much better!" Anakin laughed. A sound of relief and joy. She hadn't changed a bit. "Welcome to the Valley of the Force!" He said with an expansive gesture.
She looked around, missing someone. "Is Master Kenobi here? I assumed-I felt..." Anakin's face turned sad, his eyes dim. "He's here."
Ahsoka stiffened. "What happened, Anakin?"
He sighed and told her the whole story. She had barely missed a crisis. One that had hurt Obi wan badly. Anakin continued by explaining the way the Valley worked and the lack of a Jedi Code. That seemed to please Ahsoka. "How's Padme?" She asked. Anakin looked startled. "You knew the whole time." He stated.
She nodded, smiling. "She was my friend, you were my master. You were both disappearing and acting strange around each other. It was easy to figure out." He nodded and led her to the speeder.
They talked, as he drove. He explained what had happened after she left the Order until where they were now and she explained how she had joined the Rebellion with her friend Lux Bonterei against the Empire and died while protecting his wounded son. Luke had been a good friend, but he hand't known that she was Anakin's former apprentice. Anakin gave her a look of gratitude.
She smiled. "It was an honor. I made sure he and Lux were safe before, well I ended up here." A tear rolled from her eye but she blinked it away. Her face darkened. "Do you think Master Kenobi will be okay?" She asked quietly.
Anakin sighed. "Honestly Ahsoka, I don't know. He is one of the strongest people I know but... it's been a month. I don't know how much longer we can hold out hope." Ahsoka was silent. They didn't talk more after that. Padme hugged Ahsoka when they arrived at the Registration Center and gave her an apartment in the same building as theirs. She also took a job as a fighting trainer, something new the Valley had set up, waiting for a good teacher in case of more imminent threats. Anakin thought this would suit Ahsoka fine. She had done very well on Onderon. She would be great.

They headed to the med center to visit Obi wan. Satine was already there. Ahsoka didn't react to her. Apparently she had known about that one before Anakin. She just sat down next to Satine and put a hand on her shoulder. They sat for a few minutes then something happened: Obi wan began to flatline again, convulsing slightly then going limp. Padme called for a nurse but she said it was to late. Obi wan was gone, His body limp.
Five minutes later, he twitched and moaned in agony. He was alive! The doctors were shocked but overjoyed. This was the first encouraging sign in a month. They had though he was dead. Ten minutes after that his eyes opened and he tried to move but cried out. Everyone crowded forward but the nurses pushed through everyone and told him not to move.
Faintly but audibly, Obi wan's weak voice said "Please dim the lights." Everyone frowned because the room was already dim. They dimmed it more and there was another groan.
Anakin leaned against the wall in relief. He was alive. Obi wan was alive and awake.
They were all ushered out of the room and told to wait. They would be able to see Obi wan in a few minutes. Satine was in tears.
