36-Close Call

The next day there was a mass summoning to the Arrival Zone. Master Yoda was arriving that day.
"Satine, do you want to come with me to meet Master Yoda?" He asked.
"Sure, but you don't think-I mean..." she looked down at the ring on her finger.
He bent down and kissed her. "Here, there is no Code. He will have to except that."
She smiled up at him, relieved.

When Master Yoda arrived everyone bowed. When Master Yoda saw Anakin he raised an eyebrow. "Strange this is. Here you are, yet in the galaxy, Vader there is."
"I'm just as confused as you, Master. I can't seem to remember my death...well, not clearly." Anakin responded.
Yoda then turned to Obi Wan and smiled. "To see you, good it is, Obi Wan."
Obi Wan smiled then stepped back to allow master Windu to tell Yoda about this place. "Understand I do, Master Windu. Strange are the ways of the Force." On that, everyone agreed.

The next day, Obi Wan was still thinking about what Master Yoda had said about Vader still being out in the galaxy and the fact that Anakin was here. He was about to go see Anakin and talk to him when he felt a rush of pain and fear in the Force from his former apprentice. He ran out the door and leapt down an entire flight of stairs, not even bothering with the turbolift. He ran to Anakin and Padme's apartment, grateful that Padme had moved in with Anakin rather than vise versa.
He opened the door and ran to Anakin's side. Padme was already there. Anakin was flickering in and out, a shadow falling over him that didn't touch Obi Wan or Padme. "What happened?!" Obi Wan asked her.
"I don't know! One minute he was fine, the next he started muttering about timelines and memories and then he was like this!" Padme said hysterically.
Obi Wan squashed his fear and thought about what could be causing the problem. Finally, his mind clicked not he fact that Anakin was here and Vader was out in the Galaxy, but Anakin was here. They shared a body so it's made no sense. Did Vader kill Anakin when he became Vader? That would make sense...if so, it would mean that when Vader killed me, the last part of Anakin was gone. So, he arrived here. Okay, if I'm using this logic, then why is Anakin like this? Did Luke bring back some of Anakin in Vader?! Is that possible? I need to go ask Luke! Obi Wan concluded. He turned to Padme. "Padme, I think I know what's wrong, but I need to go check. Can you handle this?"
She nodded. "Yes, just please hurry, Obi Wan." He nodded. "Of course."
With that, he rushed down to the Communication Center and went to his and Qui Gon's work room. He keyed for scanner and was shocked at what he saw. In the Galaxy, at that moment, Luke was being consumed by Force-Lightning from Sidious. Vader was watching, conflicted as whether to help his son. Vader stepped forward, tossed the Emperor down a reactor shaft and collapsed, electrocuted. Though the Force, Obi Wan felt Anakin as he cried out in pain. Obi Wan watched as Luke tried to save Vader and Obi Wan tried to tell him it was to late. Luke didn't hear him. Obi Wan watched as Vader transformed into a maimed Anakin Skywalker. The mask was finally removed. He watched as Anakin Skywalker died a true death. When his eyes closed in the Galaxy, they opened again on the floor of Padme's apartment. Obi Wan felt a surge in the Force and knew that despite the close call, the strange problem was resolved. All was well.
Until Obi Wan noticed that Sidious had attacked them in the Valley despite being alive in the Galaxy. What the Kriff was going on?!

A/N: Okay, sorry about that! I noticed the plot hole and I did this to fix it. So, what do people think? How did Sidious be in two places at the same time? Does anyone still read this?

P.S. Sorry about the slow update! I got caught up in two other Star Wars Fanfics, both of which are now done! They are called: Star Wars Brothers By Everything But Blood and Star Wars Second Chance.
