Creepypasta OCs Advice + Reviews

Species

This one is a bit more difficult. Some popular species are humans, ghosts, half-breeds/hybrids, and demons. There are more but these are most common. The problem with species is that you can easily abuse the "privilege" of having a non-human OC. Lots of people create non-human OCs and give them pyrokenisis, geokenisis, the ability to fly, and etc. It's fine to have an ability to go with the species, but like everything else, don't overdo it. Creepypasta isn't super realistic in the first place but keep it balanced and toned down. Lots of good OCs have no abilities, I don't see a ton of humans, or Creepypasta OCs thar aren't skilled in something. You have to have some skill to be a killer, but make sure it is considerably realistic and doesn't put them at risk of being labeled as a Mary Sue. Ask yourself these questions. Is your OC overpowered? If so, adjust the abilities and tone them down. If not, then good on you!

Some Input on Some Species

Nekos -  This is Creepypasta. I mean sure, some good characters are nekos, but this is Creepypasta! Your OC should be scary, not cute.

Zombie - Brought back to life, undead, or something else...zombies are actually a bit more rare, and I'm not sure I've seen a zombie Creepypasta OC.

Robot/Experiment - Experimental races are interesting but they are usually angsty or hard to make realistic. I am a fan though, not gonna lie. It's hard to make a well rounded and realistic one though.

Superhuman - Good, but give a reason as to why they're superhuman.

There are a ton of other species but those are some examples.
