Chapter 35
Lightningfrost watched Firesoul back away with wide eyes. She sat down. Cats stared at them with wide eyes.
"So I guess the prophecy is complete." Nighthawk whispered in her ear. Lightningfrost flicked her ear. There was a brief moment of silence.
"Come DarkClan." Shadestar said. The DarkClan cats all got their paws and followed Shadestar. Lightningfrost waited until her last clan mate brushed past her before following her clan. The other cats stared at the cats as they stalked passed them.
Lightningfrost crawled through the rock tunnel, the light draining out. As the darkness swallowed her she let her whiskers ,and her clanmates' scents, guide her in the darkness. Soon moonlight filled the end of the tunnel. Lightningfrost scrambled out.
"If Firesoul attacks you again I will rake his ears." Smokestorm growled. Riverlight flicked her tail in agreement. Lightningfrost rested her tail on Smokestorms shoulder. Shadestar narrowed his green eyes at Lightningfrost, she held his gaze.
"Let's go." Shadestar said walking off with Troutpool at his side. The cats continued to follow Shadestar back to the camp. Redfoot slowed down and walked next to Lightningfrost.
"How are your injuries?" Said the ginger tom
"He wasn't quick enough or strong enough to even scratch me, what are Meadowclan cats teaching their warriors?" She said with a grin. The two cats bounded after their clan-mates.
They walked into the camp. Lightningfrost padded over to the warriors den. She settled down in her nest.
She woke up in a star lit forest. StarClan.
"Lightningfrost!" A voice said. She turned around to see Strongpaw bounding towards her. He buried his black muzzle into her long black fur.
"Why am I here?" She asked looked around.
"Bluestar wants to talk to you." he mumbled. He walked away, and in a few heart beats he walked back over to her with Bluestar at his side.
"I see you took care of Rabbitjump." Bluestar sighed.
"He wouldn't listen." Lightningfrost defended herself whilst Bluestar sat down as well as Strongpaw.
"At least your secret is now safe." Bluestar said.
"Is Rabbitjump here?" She asked looking around.
"He is, he did nothing wrong so he is welcome in StarClan." Bluestar said. Lightningfrost narrowed her blue eyes at the Starclan cat.
"Why is it such a big deal that I stay in the clans?" She asked. Bluestar looked at Strongpaw, who just looked at his paws.
"You have a destiny that will shape the future of the clans." Strongpaw said quietly.
"Can you at least tell me what that is?!" Lightningfrost raised her voice.
"You must find the mountain of secrets." Bluestar said.
"Then what?"
"You must create a new clan."
