Jenna told me that she would tell me how my MRI went later that night once they were seen by my doctor. i still haven't seen my doctor since the night i was diagnose, an i wondered when i ever actually would.
it was about eight at night when they started shutting the lights off outside of my room. my mother went home because no major tests were going on tonight, an no major results were being told either. atleast i didn't think so. Jenna was suppose to tell me, but i don't know if she is anymore.
i was back in my normal clothes an i couldn't fall asleep, most likely because of me being the teenager i am, i don't sleep till probably three in the morning. which i'm sure will be gone very quickly as the cancer takes over my body. but hey, what can you do?
i took out my phone an decided to text the guys.
JOSH: hiya guys
BRENDON: OH JOSHIE
DALL: LOVE OF MY LIFE YOURE ALIVE
PETE: you guys are so gay, BUT HELLO JOSH I MISS YOU
JOSH: haha, i miss you guys too. how's everything at school this week?
PETE: well, Brendon an Dallon got suspended for starting a food fight an accidentally hitting the principal in the face with spaghetti sauce.
JOSH: is that so?
BRENDON: hey, that was the greatest day at school in a very long time. you would of had fun Josh.
DALL: oh yeah, you would of liked it. you should of seen it when it started, Brendon yelled foodfight like in all those cliche movies. it was pretty cool
PETE: yeah, i tried to not get involved. all i did was throw my milk across the room, which thankfully nobody knew it was me.
JOSH: well by what it seems like you guys are having a grand old time, must be nice.
BRENDON: yeah, well, it isn't the same without you here. how is everything?
PETE: yeah how's it going man, fill us in.
JOSH: well, i got this pretty cute nurse, her named Jenna
BRENDON: dude, i thought you were like, gay or something.
PETE: wait Josh is gay
DALL: yeah shithead, don't you remember that time we dared him to grab the teacher's ass an he wouldn't because he thought it was gross.
JOSH: oh thanks guys, real mature about it.
JOSH: an yes Pete, i am very gay.
BRENDON: how is this a surprise to you Pete?
PETE: i honestly have no idea.
as i was laughing to myself at the bunch of texts the guys were sending, Jenna walked in holding a file.
JOSH: hey guys, i gotta go. my nurse is here an i'm sure she's gonna tell me something.
PETE: BYE JOSH WISH YOU LUCK
DALL: HOPE EVERYTHING IS GOOD
BRENDON: GOODLUCK BUD I MISS YOU
i put my phone down on the bed an sat up, which ended up being a bad idea because i started coughing so much. Jenna handed me water an patted my back, which helped slightly with the coughing.
"thanks for that," i eye the files an point to them, "those my x-rays?"
she nods, an it doesn't seem like it's good news.
