You'd never expect her to be the one,
Who is most affected by your words.
The one to repeat your words for hours,
Thinking of your every breath-
Only to wonder what it was that she did wrong.
You'd never expect her to be the one,
Who cuts herself to feel alive.
The one who bleeds to know that everything is real,
Thinking that she needs to hurt herself-
Only to wonder what it would be like if someone saved her.
You'd never expect her to be the one,
who cries at night in the silence.
The one who stares at her wall in fear,
Thinking that there is no one to hear her-
Only to wonder what it be like if someone listened to her.
You'd never expect her to be the one,
Who hates who she has become.
The one who feels she can do nothing right,
Thinking that there is no hope for her-
Only to wonder what it would be like if someone saw her.
You'd never expect her to stop-
For nobody wanted to save her,
And she could not save herself any more.
