*Cee-cee's POV

"AND THE new Campus Sweetheart is none other than..."

Bawat segundo na lumipas lalo akong kinakabahan.

"Chiradee Clea Fullente! Congratulations!"

Napanganga na lang ako nang marinig ko ang announcement ng emcee.

"Ako? Ako ba talaga ang nanalo?" shock na shock pa ring tanong ko.

Niyakap lang ako ng kapwa ko contestant na first runner up ngayon.

Naglakad ako papunta sa harap ng stage. Ang ilan sa judges ang nagbigay ng sash at bouquet atang dating campus impakta- I mean, sweetheart, ang naglagay ng tiara sa akin.

"Congratulations, Cee-cee," ani Shayne.

"Salamat," sinserong sabi ko.

"I'm so proud of you, bestie! Ang ganda mo, bruha ka! Whoooooo!"

Natawa na lang ako sa sigaw na iyon ng lukaret kong bff.

Tumingin ako sa gilid ng stage para makita ko si Ivo.

"Ay ang gwapo," malanding sabi ko. Oops. Sa isip lang iyon pero fact na fact ang sinabi ko. Hahahaha!

"You did great, babe. I love you," he mouthed.

"I love you too," I replied and he smiled.

"And now, I'll announce the new Campus Heartthrob... Thanks, Miss Monica... Here is the results..."

Hindi ko alam kung matutuwa o mabubwiset ako kasi hindi kasama sa runner-up ang epalogs na si Aldrich, eh.

"And our new Campus Heartthrob is..."

Naku! Naku! Huwag na huwag ang halimaw na iyon!

"Aldrich Saavedra! Congratulations!"

"Bwiset," naiiyamot na sabi ko na lang. Hindi ko na rin naitago sa ngiti ang pagkasira ng gabi ko.

"Save the moment while it lasts, asshole. Don't celebrate 'coz you're still a loser for me," ani Ivo nang ibigay niya ang korona kay Aldrich.

"I don't care. But me and Cee-cee winning this competition is already enough to tell you that we'll make a perfect couple," he retorted smugly.

Okay... May namumuong tensiyon sa pagitan nilang dalawa.

"Halika na, babe," yaya ko kay Ivo at hinila na siya paalis ng stage.

It's better to get out of that scene.

Bad mood ako dahil sa impaktong iyon.

Annual bonfire dance party

HETO na ang paboritong part ng mga schoolmates ko tuwing foundation anniversary celebration, ang Bonfire Dance Party!

Sila lang ang may gusto nito. Huwag niyo akong isali. Hahahaha!

"Let's dance, babe," yaya ni Ivo saka inilahad ang isa niyang kamay sa akin.

"Okay."

Oops! I changed my mind na pala. Favorite ko rin pala itong event na 'to. Hehehehehe!

Eksaktong pagpunta namin sa imaginary dance floor ay kaagad na nagbago ang music. Love song ang naririnig ko. Perfect for us, 'no?

I blushed and smiled sweetly. But his gaze were so intense that I couldn't take it. So I just leaned half of my face on his chest.

I know this may sound crazy pero feeling ko, eh, nasa js prom ako at isinasayaw ako ng crush ko.

"Sana, Lord, ganito na lang kami lagi. I don't how to describe how much this moment means to me," I wished silently.

I would never want this moment to end. I wanna live to it forever.

"This moment is just so perfect, babe."

Nag-angat ako ng tingin kay Ivo na nakatingin din pala sa akin.

I can see all the love in his eyes for me. Tumulo na lang ang luha ko sa sobrang tuwa.

"Yes, it is," I agreed.

Pinalis niya mga patak ng luha sa pisngi ko. "You're crying, my love... Why?"

I smiled. "Don't worry. Masyado lang ako masaya."

Napangiti na rin siya. "Is it because of me?"

To answer his question, tumingkayad ako at hinalikan siya sa mga labi. And he did the same.

We smiled and hugged each other. Kasabay niyon ang paglabas ng makukulay na pailaw na nagbigay buhay at liwanag sa madilim na kalangitan na tila sinasabayan ang ligayang nadarama naming dalawa.

"This night is one of the best nights of my life, babe," ani Ivo habang pinapanood ang fireworks.

"And why?"

Mas humigpit ang yakap niya. "Simple. It's because I'm with you right now; I'm with the woman I love the most."

Napangiti na lang ako sa sinabi niya. Every word he uttered was full of sincerity and love enough to drive me crazy over him even more.

Niyakap ko siya nang mahigpit. "Before, I was really afraid to ask someone to stay with me; afraid that they will refuse me. Pero noong dumating ka sa buhay ko," tumingin ako sa mga mata niya, "I didn't hesitate to ask you to stay with me forever because I know you're all worth it, Ivo," puno ng emosyong wika ko sa kanya.

"Ask me, babe. Ask me," udyok niya.

"Will you stay with me forever?"

"I will always be with you, my love."

"I love you," I whispered.

He flashed his most sweetest smile. "I love you most."

And our lips locked for a kiss together with the wonderful fireworks in the night sky.
