[A/N: short chapter coz I went on a vacation and I'm pretty sick rn]

*Marzia*
It's finally been three weeks since the infamous incident of his ex twisting my elbow off. That means I can finally remove my cast and act like a normal human being! Felix has been a gentleman all this time, undressing me and dressing me up, without any thought in his head. He made all the food he could manage to cook with the ingredients he had in the house. Its been a long time since I've tasted any vegetables, the last time was when Fanny bought them for us two weeks ago. He happened to balance taking care of me with his YouTube life, and it seemed to be taking a toll on him. His eyes looked tired and his voice became croaky.  He didn't seem to care about it; he acted like he usually does, smiling at me whenever we make eye contact, talking about his family and the festivals that happens in Sweden. He told me about the Aurora Borealis, which I knew of. I was amused that I was close to that magical place. I longed to go there, but I  kept that wish in the locker of suppressed dreams.

*Felix*
I tell Marzia to close her eyes and raise her hands up. I focus on taking off my tee shirt off her while I throw it in the bed. I go to her cupboard and stand there indecisively. I finally lay my hands on her favourite dress. I put it on her and remove the rubber band containing her long hair in a ponytail. I brush her hair and leave it in the front. I kind of like it, its like dressing up a Barbie doll!!
Is that normal for a guy to feel that way?
I tug Marzia towards the mirror for her to see. She opens her eyes and smiles at her appearance. She comes in for a hug and I hold her tight. Her left arm runs into my back with a thud, making me bite my lip. She giggles softly and apologizes. I dismiss it and kiss her on the forehead. I give Maya some dog food and we watch her scurry to the soup bowl in endearment. We drink some milk and  we rush out to the doctor to remove Marzia's cast. I look at my innocent creature and my blood boils at how she would even think of doing this to her. She detects my anger and rubs circles on my palm. We take a taxi to the hospital and we await for the door to open. The doctor recognises us and speaks in English, making Marzia smile. She enquires about Fanny, to which I reply in affirmative. She doesn't look like she got her face scratched by glass. She requests Marzia to sit on the bed and appears with what appears like a saw. She freezes in fright as I hold her hand tightly. "Don't worry, we know what we're doing." The doctor jokes as she giggles nervously. She closes her eyes tightly as we hear the saw rev up. She bites her lip and squeals softly as the doctor grips her arm and I see the bits of plaster fall off her arm. I see the straight line drawn on the cast by the saw and we both hear the clatter of the cast falling to the ground. She opens her eyes and looks at her pale arm and slowly tries to bend her elbow. She gasps at me as her hand touches her shoulder. I give her a surprised look while she proceeds to flex her arm back and forth. She falls into my arms and she wraps her arms around me. I kiss her forehead and she looks at me like a child on Christmas day and says

"I'm free!"
