Hey guys! This is Ashley. The author of the book.
So this marks the real end of A Suitcase.
I started writing this book when I was in high school and now it's finally over. I feel like the parent a of a fully grown child. Lol. So the song that inspired me to write this book is 'Photograph' by Ed Sheeran. I really wanted to bring out the kind of love that the song reflected. And wow. 2016 me would never have known that Felix and Marzia would get married in 2019. I was even planning to make a sequel where Felix proposes to Marzia while they look at the Aurora Borealis in Sweden. I really should have guessed Japan. But hey. They got engaged. When I saw the photo and the caption I gasped so hard my lungs were gonna explode and I started crying so.damn.much. I then called my friend and I intended to scream "FELIX AND MARZIA GOT ENGAGED" but I ended up sobbing so damn much she dropped her phone. Wow. I even sent sobbing voice notes to my friends. Oh my god. that night happened. How did you react to the engagement? I'm all ears!
There were some problems I had while writing the story.
I'm really really single, lol. I don't know what the heck couples do.
Anyways...
Wow. I'm starting to have separation anxiety here.
Like... I have been working on this for so long and there is nothing left to say in the story. Actually, the book was gonna end at the Epilogue but yeah the engagement.
Oh my god, why is it so hard to let go?
But hey, I'm still here. When I don't have a writing block, you'll see me writing books "This is me" or hopefully "Our Little Angel" and follow me on twitter on ashwritesbooks !!
Thank you so so so much for 5.8K reads. When I started writing here, I thought that no one would give a shit, lol
Okay... I'm gonna cut the rope now, Goodbye!
