Robert was sat in the room talking. Sam was sat on the bed again drawing his boyfriend and imagining what he was going through. Even sketching out some scenarios.

Sam looked back at his drawing and threw his book at the wall.

It hurt him to see those drawings. Because he drew Damien alone, scared, sad.

He'd never really seen Damien like that. Damien was always a supportive, calm person. Nothing really hit hard with him. Since they met, Sam couldn't remember a time he'd seen Damien genuinely broken or sad. So it was hard to imagine that Damien's going through something like the loss of Sam, while nobody who knows him as well as Sam does is there to help him.

Robert stopped talking as the journal hit the wall. As if he didn't intend for Sam to know what he was saying.

"Why'd you have to do it... why to Damien..." Sam asked, holding his legs against himself and resting his forehead on his knees.

"I didn't do anything to anyone else," Robert replied.

"You took me away. I know he's sad and he's looking for me. And I've never seen him get sad but I know he's scared... So why Damien. Why'd you have to do this to Damien?" Sam asked.

"Sam. I just needed you. I couldnt have avoided making people miss you without involving other Angels. This is something between me and you only," Robert explained.

He soon left, leaving Sam alone to his thoughts.

He locked the door this time. He'd done it yesterday, too. He had a button to alert Robert he needed him for the bathroom or something.

Sam didn't understand the whole thing with the door. It used to be open but now Sam was stuck in the room while Robert brought him food and occasionally would talk to him while Sam drew.

There was no point to fight or refuse Robert. Sam had accepted it.

The only thing he still did was refusing to wear the clothing Robert provided and refusing to shower.

He didn't want Robert around him. So he made himself physically bad to be around.

Maybe that was why the door was locked.
