The sleeping situation was a little confusing, the unwanted idea was to share the bed but Sam found extra blankets in a closet in the room.

Sam didn't sleep much that night. He watched as Danny quickly fell asleep, he was a small poof of purple hair. It was like his parents never went to get it cut. It looked nice on him, though.

Sam used the light from the window to draw sketches of Marc and his family, but one page later and he was back to Damien.

He woke up to Danny gently shaking his shoulder and muttering the word "hey" repetitively.

"What is it?" Sam groaned.

"Today's the day we spent two classes on," he replied. "My dad says I learn similarly to how he does, but he does art and I watch cartoons. He says they're related just because they're both art but I think cartoons are better because a forest can't have a plot."

"It can still have character," Sam replied.

"You sound like my dad," Danny giggled.

"At least your dad didn't get kidnapped," Sam replied. "Or co-lead some overthrowing of the humans."

Danny stayed silent. "I'm sorry you gotta go through that," he replied.

"It's fine. I'm used to it..." Sam replied. "What's so big about today?"

"I don't know if I can tell you. I don't want to change the future because I have big plans and I don't was my life to change..." he replied.

"Oh... I get that. Well what are your plans? Do you think you can tell me those?" Sam asked. Danny looked hesitant for a second.

"Don't think I'm crazy, okay? But I want to protect the Garden. It's a place for Angels that were killed before they lived a complete life, and they can die there. Even though I know they aren't themselves anymore after a few hours, they don't deserve to be stripped from life even further. So I'm going to apply for a position in the AAO as respresentative of Aaron, and I will work from the Garden. I even know now that if I'm just barely too late, I can always fix that. Maybe Aaron can't think for himself, but I know what's happening!" Danny explaiend. He seemed so passionate for this idea.

Sam couldn't predict the future like this kid knew the past. There was even the chance he would be killed and never return to his parents. Sam wouldn't let this kid die.

It was later that day when Robert once again had Sam read out a message. This time a video to call to Angels worldwide. To listen to all Robert said and to follow his plans.

Then Robert had Sam walk around with him. Sam knew he had the means to kill him seconds away and he wouldn't hesitate. Angels were their shield. And Robert led them into a town with Sam strapped to his side as he had Sam read the instructions for him.

They tore two small towns to the ground before returning to Robert's house.

When Sam got back to his room he curled up on his bed feeling empty.

"Are you okay?" Danny asked. "The invasions were the worst thing. Don't worry. We spent a day on each one. How was it to be there?"

"I'm in pain. So many Angels are stronger than I am and I'm feeling each one as they ignore my message. It feels like I've been stabbed to death and stung all over by bees and my skin has been peeled off and everything worse," he explaied.

"I'm so sorry," Danny replied.

"It's fine... I'm used to the pain after so many hours of it," Sam replied.

Danny tried to keep talking, but Sam just ignlred him and passed out.

That night he dreampt of himself and Damien watching the stars.

"Sam, do you want children?" Damien asked.

"We biologically can't," Sam replied as he laughed.

"I mean adoption," Damien said.

"I haven't thought about it. What about you?" Sam asked, turning hid head go look over at Damien.

"A lot more recently. After they started thr angel adoption centres. When we're older, if we're still together, we should raise an Angel," Damien explaied.

"I want a daughter," Sam said after a long silence.

"We could get a daughter," Damien replied.

"What are we even doing? We're only teenagers," Sam commented, laughing to himself as Damien laughed softly, too.

"We're dreaming. We-"

Then the dream stopped as Robert took hold. Sam sat in a corner and cried in him dream until morning.
