NAOMI SANTIAGO - Queen Bee
***
I made it to the end of hallway before Luke caught up with me. "What did you see me do?" He asked.
"I really don't want to talk." I mumbled. He gave me a pleading look. I sighed and told him. At the end, I stood there, but I didn't know what I was waiting for. Maybe an explanation?
But he just stood there, too. Maybe he didn't have one. I started walking in to my car again. "Bye, Luke."
"No, Sydney, wait." He said. I paused, but thought against it. But the boy could run as well.

"No, don't finish that." I interrupted, looking down.
He came closer. I looked up. "Why do you care if I'm dating Naomi or not?" Luke asked.
I shifted my weight foot to foot. "Sydney." He persisted.
"I don't know. Maybe because you're my friend." I replied.
He wouldn't take it. "That's still not a big enough reason for you to act like this. I know you better than that."
I gave him a hug, "I don't want you to end up with a cold heart like Naomi." I said into his chest. When I looked up, he was shaking his head. Still not enough. Wow, I must never over react.
"I know." He stated. He leaned down and kissed me.
