"I saw his face..." I said, King Edward raised his eyebrows.

"You did?" He asked, shocked.

"Yes," I sighed, "and you aren't going to like it."

"Who was it?" He asked. "You have to tell me, Kara, whether I'm going to like it or not."

"It was-"

"King Edward, there is an emergency." Bleu said knocking on the door.

"What's happened?" The king asked, getting out of his chair.

"A girl, Sire, she's been killed," he said.

"Killed?" I asked, turning Bleu's attention to me.

"Yes," he said, his eyes lingering too long, I saw Ed clench his jaw out of the corner of my eye.

"Where is she?" He asked, snatching his sword off the table.

"The corridor, Sire." Bleu said, rushing down the hall.

"I have a feeling you know who did this...we'll finish this conversation later," he said, his voice suddenly cold.

"Alright," I mumbled, watching him charge out the door. I sighed, following him out the door and down the hall.

"What's going on with you and my knight?" He asked, anger laced in his voice.

"What?" I asked.

"You and Bleu, what's going on there?!" He yelled, stopping in front of me so I could walk any further.

"You really want to talk about this right now, when there is a dead girl in you corridor?" I asked.

"Yes, I want to talk about this right now," he said.

"Nothing's going on, Ed," I mumbled, trying to push past him.

"I can see it," he said, grabbing my wrist. "You feel something for him, don't you?"

"Why does it matter?" I snapped.

"You do," he seethed.

"I don't," I snapped.

"Then why does he keep looking at you like that?" He asked between his teeth.

"Why don't you ask him that?" I snapped.

"Fine, I will," he said pointedly, turning around to find Bleu.

"Not now, there is a dead girl, this doesn't matter right now," I said.

"Yes it does," he said.

"Can we please talk about this later?" I asked.

"Fine," he said firmly, walking over to the crowed around the dead girl. "What happened here?"

"She fell off the ledge...or she was pushed," one of the ladies said.

"Pushed by whom?" The king asked, obviously still angry.
