Chapter 10

Lilac's POV

When Jenny and I got done streaming for about 3 hours we were going to go to the mall. I needed new clothes for my huge belly. It's starting to get noticeable.

"Come on Lilac!" Jenny said from downstairs.

"Hold on! I need to ask Adam something!" I yelled back to her.

I walked up to Adam's door. I gave a soft knock.

"Come in." He said.

"It's me." I said walking in.

"Hey." He said, standing up from his computer chair.

"I have a question," I said.

"What is it?"

"Do you remember the night before the wedding?" My voice was fast paced.

"Why?" The question was drawn out.

I pulled up my shirt until it reached just below the bust. "This is why."

His eyes widen. He made a gulping noise. "Yeah."

My face tightened a little. "Do you think--?" I was cut off.

"Yeah." He nodded his head slowly.

"Should I tell Mitch that it is your baby? Or should I say that you didn't think she was yours?"

"Tell him that I didn't think she was mine. But it's a she?" He asked anxiously.

"Yeah, I don't have a name for her. Not even a guess." I shrugged.

"I'll think of some names." He gave me a wink.

"HURRY UP!" Jenny yelled.

"I gotta go." I started to walk out the door.

Adam caught my arm. He pulled me closer to him. He put his arms around my waist and put his soft, gentle lips on mine. I pushed away.

"Wha-?" I asked.

"I'm sorry. So so sorry." He blushed.

"It's fine." I said backing out of the room.

I ran downstairs and up to Jenny.

"Ready?" She asked.

"Yeah."

We ran outside and got into her car.

"What was the hold up?" She asked.

"Adam thinks she his baby. When I told him his eyes widened."

"Oh..."

"But as I was walking out of the door he kissed me-" Jenny cut me off.

"ON THE LIPS?!"

"Yeah." I tucked my lips into my mouth.

"That's crazy." She shook her head.

We sped away to the mall.
