Joseph's POV
Once we got our food we all started talking about some things that came to mind when Alexia asked us something. "Hey, what are you guys gonna be for the costume party? That is if you're going." "I don't know. I'll probably just be Jeff the Killer. What about you Daniel?" I said. "Hm, well I'm thinking that dressing as the Red King Mikoto from K would be a good match for me," said Daniel, holding his chin as he thought for a moment. Alexia smirks and tries not to let her blushing be noticeable. But since this is Alexia we're talking about, we could all see it. Daniel looks at her and smirks. He sat next to her and whispered in her ear, "Oh come now, no need to hide your blushing," before giving her a peck on the cheek. I'm pretty sure this is a dream come true for Alexia.
"Oook? What about you Annaliz?" I asked, trying to change the subject. "I'm not sure. Maybe I'll just be Rin Tosaka," said Annaliz. "Alright and what are you gonna dress as Alexia?" I asked, looking at Alexia having a kissy time with Daniel. "Uh, Alexia," I said. She pulled away for a moment as she faced me. "I'll probably be Yuno," she said, putting her hand around Daniel's arm. I let out a sigh. This is gonna be a long day.
Later
I got to my room and continued watching Bleach. I sighed as I began to feel a bit tired. That's when I got a text from someone. I looked at who is was and saw that it was Jose. I smiled at this as I opened up the chat.
Jose: Sup Joseph!!
Joseph: Hey dude, how are you doing?!
Jose: I'm doing good. Just spending some time with Kiara is all :3
Joseph: That's awesome dude!!
Jose: Ikr. So how's life treating you man. Still keeping that promise?
Joseph: I'm doing great. Yeah, I'm keeping my promise. But I'm just thinking of taking Anna on a date. What do you think?
Jose: Dude that sounds great. You should go for it. But just remember one thing.
Joseph: Remember what?
Jose: Remember to us protection.
Joseph: What the hell man??!!!
Jose: What? I can never be too sure around you. 😂
Joseph: Oh whatever. So how is it out there?
Jose: it's honestly great man. But you know, stopping bank robberies, crooks, the usual. You?
Joseph: Oh well, I'm trying to save the world in my own way. Anyway, I've gotta go, see ya.
Jose: Right see ya kid. Just remember to text me when you get the chance.
Joseph: Will do! Bye! 👋😁
Jose: Bye ✌
I smile as I look at my watch. "Yeah, saving the world in my own way," I said to myself. That's when I later hear the door bell ring and so I decided to open it. I got downstairs and got to the door. I open it and froze there. It was my dad. My biological dad. "Hey Joseph, it's been a while," he said. "Hey....., It has been a while. What, what are you doing here?" I asked him in a serious tone. "I just, wanted to see you again," he said. "Well now you have," I said about to close the door. "Wait, I'm here to talk to you," he said. I paused for a moment. "What is it that you wanted to talk about," I asked him. He looked at me.
"About everything."
