[Spin-off from Lover's Lane]
Joseph, after the disband of the Wild Fury Rangers, was starting to have a normal life. Well, as normal as it can be with having powers given to you from an explosion. That was until a...
I looked around the bar as I wiped the blood from my mouth. I looked at it before licking the blood, tasting it. I could taste some much emotion. And the texture. Mmm. I grinned, showing my now sharpened teeth. "So this is how it feels to have so much power. I love it!" I said, ripping the heads off the bikers who threw me out. And as I did I began to bash their heads onto the pool table, making their faces almost unrecognizable. I only stopped when I felt a pat on my shoulder. I looked over to see that thing again. It began to 'speak' in sign language again. Only this time, I understood what it said. It said 'Now that you had your fun, we must go. My master wishes to speak to you.' I smirked. "Interesting. Well then, let's not keep him waiting," I said, throwing their heads to the side. As I did, that creature started to create a door to, what I'm guessing is, hell itself. As it finished, I grabbed on of the bikers leather jacket. What? I can't just show up looking terrible. I have standards. Anyway, I look at door before saying, "This should be fun," and walking into the unknown.
Meanwhile in S.T.A.R. Labs
I closed my eyes, getting in a meditating position. I started meditating for quite some time now. It helps me clear my mind during many situations. In addition to that, it actually help me better control my emotions. So now I don't get short tempered when in strong and stressful situations. It also helps me better control my body, not the other way around. It brings me peace. I continued to stay in this position until I sensed an object heading in my direction. I waited and waited until.....
S W O S H ! !
Without even thinking, I moved my hand, grabbing the object. I opened my eyes, seeing it was a ball of some sort. I looked at the direction it originated and saw Annaliz there, with that beautiful smile on her face. I looked at her and smiled. She walks over to me, extending her hand. I looked at it and grabbed it, quickly rising to my feet. "How are you doing m'lady," I asked. With a slight blush, she smiled. "Good, and how about you?" She asked. "I'll be fine. Though I have to admit it's a bit different than the last time I saw this place," I exclaimed, looking around. "Yeah, I'm somewhat getting used to it. Guess we're not so used to change after all, huh?" She said, looking at my right hand. "Yeah....." I said. But I'm more worried about what's yet to come.
"Joseph.....," said Anna, breaking my chain of thought. "H- Huh?" I said not thinking of what to say. "Is something wrong?" She asked. I looked at her, letting out a nervous chuckle. "I-It's nothing. Really," I said, trying not to act suspicious, but failing horribly. "Joseph, you always stutter when someone catches you off guard, not to mention you scratch the back of your head when nervous," she stated, crossing her arms and giving me that look. "N-No I. . . . .Don't?" I said as I slowly realized that I was doing just that, stuttering and scratching the back of my head. "Hehe. . . . .Like I said. It's nothing. I-I was just-," I sighed. "I was just thinking about what we're going up against," I stated, say half of what I meant. She looks at me for a moment and I do the same. She sighs before giving me a peck on my lips. "I understand you're worried. But you shouldn't be. You have us to help you handle this threat. Not to mention you have Ladybug to help you," she said. I smiled. "Yeah, I guess I'm just thinking about it too much. Thanks," I said. "Heh, I'm just doing my job," she said, softly smiling. I did the same. "Oh right! I almost forgot! Davila wanted to see you," she said. "Davila? Why does he-,"
"Not sure. All I know is that he wants to see you," she said answering my unfinished question. "Right well, thanks for letting me know," I said, kissing her on the cheek before heading towards Davila. I walk towards Davila who was looking at a blueprint of something. He looks at it for a moment until he looks at me. "Hey Davila, I heard you asked for me?" I asked. He puts the blueprint on the table in front of him. "I wanna show you something," he said, putting his hand on my shoulder. He started walking and I followed. "For a long time I've been thinking.....," he said, facing the direction he's going. "Thinking of what?" I asked. "How should I put this..... Have you ever heard of the Cyndigo Project?" Asked Davila. "Cyndigo Project?" I asked. He looks at me. "It's an initiation started by the Avengers. Stark gave me a brief summary about it when I came in contact with him. Point is, I've been thinking about it and started to work on something. Something that'll help us form this team. So I spent more than 2 years working on this. And even though it's still not finished, I might as well show you," he said pressing his hand against a wall tile, showing a scanner. As it scanned, I heard A.R.I.E.S.'s voice. Access granted. Welcome back Davila. Davila took a step back, before a large portion of the wall started to move apart from each other, showing an incomplete suit of armor.

It seemed to have the right arm completely missing, pieces of the left leg was missing, and parts of the chest as well. But even so, I was in awe. "Like I said, it's still not finished. However. . . .once it is, we'll be ready for what's yet to come," he said, with a smirk. "Th-This is the most coolest thing I've ever seen!! I mean just look at it!!!" I said, still in awe. He chuckles. "I'm really proud of this, even though it's still a prototype," Davila said, giving a bit of a cocky smirk. "Does Eric know about this?" I asked, still in awe. He shook his head no. "I was originally gonna show both of you this, however he's out with that Emma girl, so I wasn't able to," he stated. "Gotcha, when as far as I'm concerned, he's gonna be just as excited as I was," I said, knowing Eric all too well. He gave a slight chuckle. "Yeah, I hope so," he said, hiding the armor within the wall.
Mike's POV
I followed that creature to a giant medieval castle. It honestly gave me some satanic vibes, which isn't really surprising. I smirked as I felt the sorrows of the weak souls surrounding the castle. The creature raised his bony hands before the large door suddenly opened, showing a gruesome room of some sort. There were weapons on the wall, statues of creature with blood covering them, and eyes covering the ceiling itself. It look quite terrifying. As we continued walking, I noticed blood on the floor and corpses place in random places. Whoever did this must be a genocide addict or something.
We entered in a pitch black room. I couldn't see a thing. But even so, I tried. But to no avail. I couldn't even hear anything. It was silent. After a few seconds of waiting, I suddenly felt a breeze creeping in the room. After that I could see two orange, magma eyes. I locked eye with it, not breaking eye contact. I frowned before a few torches started to light up the place. I looked around until I saw a large thrown with some kind of demon there. I looked at it for a few moments feeling a bit timid. He looked at me before speaking in a low, deep voice. "Michael. It's about time we met face to face," the demon said. "Indeed. Are you the one who gave this gift," I asked. The demon smirked. "Yes. I am. And do you know why?" The demon asked. I nodded no. "It's because I saw your pain. I felt your sorrow. And for that, I wanted to make you stronger. To give you the power to make others suffer the same way you did," the demon said. "Is that so. Well, thank you for that," I said, bowing to the demon, showing my courtesy. "But I have to ask, who are you and what do you want me to do?" I asked as I looked at him. The demon smirked. "I'm known by many names. But you can call me Shaokan. And as for what you can do, well, I want you to cause havoc," Shaokan said with an evil smirk. I did the same. "It shall be done, my lord," I said, my eyes turning red.
