There. I finally told her. From the coma to my father's death. I had to come clean. She was shocked and a bit confused, but honestly, who could blame her.
"So that's everything," I said looking at her, while Scales was on my shoulder listening. "Wow. That's, a lot to take in," she said. "Don't worry, you'll understand soon enough," said Scales, trying to act cheerful. "Wait, so you've been for the past week interrogating thugs to find this 'Cobra' figure. So what did you do with them when it was over?" She asked. I froze when she said that, hoping she'll never ask that. I looked down. "Joseph?" She asked. I stayed silent. I finally sighed and said in a low voice, " I, eliminated them."
I felt ashamed for what I did. I don't think Annaliz wants to ever see my face again. It went silent until....... "Joseph. Please, look at me," she said in a gentle voice. I hesitated, but mustard up the courage to look at her eyes. And then she did something I didn't expect, she kissed me. After a few seconds she pulls away and looks at me. "I- I thought you were disappointed in me," I said. "Why would I be? I mean, your emotions clouded your judgment. I know how you are. Anyone in your shoes would've tried doing the same thing," she said. "Yeah, guess your right," I said. "Here," she said giving me some kind of comm set. I look at it and then look at her. "I'll be your eyes and ears from now on. Not only that but I'll be your voice of reason," she said giving me a smile. "So we're in this together," I said, while smiling. "That's right. Well, you should go get some sleep. You'll need it," said Annaliz, getting up and getting ready to head out. "Right," I said as I layed down on the bed and closed my eyes. And with that, she headed back towards Davila.

I started working on a project of my own. I tested out a couple of components, adding some enhances inducing supplements. And after a couple of tries, I think I got something. The liquid seemed purplish blue in color. I placed it in a container and...... Voilà.
