Chapter 27.You've Got To Be Kellin Me

~

Jessica's P.O.V

"There's no safety this time,

I fall apart and it figures,

It's just the way I've always been,

There's no saving me this time,

I fall apart and it fig-"

There goes my alarm. I groaned and glared at my cellphone, the loud music gives me a strong urge to throw it at a wall. The sun seemed extra bright today and nearly blinded me. I covered my face with my hands attempting to block it out, but sadly failed. I opened my eyes and grabbed my phone shutting off the alarm and then I slammed it back down on the table. I rise from bed and raised my arms high in the air, yawning while stretching my arms.

It was 11.

I laid in bed and blankly stared at the ceiling.

Ah, Saturday.

So close to Monday.

I hate how weekends past extra fast.

I don't want to go back, what's the point of school? Why does it fucking exist?

It's not like I actually do the work teachers give, or do what they say.

I heard my door crack open and felt someone fall besides me. I turned my head to see Vic and his arm pulled back behind his head.

"Hey,you." He smiled and kissed my cheek. I could tell he just woke up because his voice was quite raspy.

Lawdy Jesus, his morning voice was fucking sexy.

"Good morning, Enchilada." I smiled.

"Enchilada?" He raised his eyebrow.

"Yep, you're my enchilada." I giggled.

He smirked and wrapped his arm around me. "Woohoo!" He laid his head on my shoulder and held me tightly. "I like cuddling with you."

I scoffed. I freed my arm from his embrace and pushed him off me and laughed.

He groaned and clasped his arms around me once again, pressing me against his chest. A part of my shirt was a bit raised up and his arm touching my bare skin sent chills and goosebumps up my spine.I could feel my cheeks burn.

"It's true, you're warm and you smell nice and-" He began to proclaim.

I interjected, "Creep. Now get off me Victorrrr." I whined.

He rolled his eyes and laughed. Then he sat up and looked at me, raising his eyebrows constantly.

"What?" I questioned.

"Don't you remember what today is?"

"Uh, Saturday?"

"No, silly." He pulled out two tickets from his back pocket. It was the same tickets he gave me on Christmas, months ago. The tickets to the Sleeping With Sirens concert.

I gasped. "That's today?! I didn't even realize." I felt energy run wild through me and looked towards the calendar. My finger ran through the dates and stopped at today's date. February 18th. I squealed.

"Also..." He reached into his pocket once again and pulled out another two tickets.

I raised my eyebrow.
