Thirty

Lexi's cell phone rang and she looked at it curiously. "I don't know this number" she said looking around
"Oh that may be my friends that are in town" Stephi said
"You answer it then" Lexi said tossing her the phone
"Hello?" Stephi said curiously
"Oh hey I wasn't expecting you to answer" Chad said flustered
"That's ok, what are you doing?" Stephi said to keep up the charade.
"Nothing" Chad said with a yawn "We just woke up from a nap and wanted to know if you were doing anything tonight?"
"I don't know I haven't asked" she replied  looking around at all the inquiring faces "can I ask and call you back once I know" she said with a smile
"Yeah we were thinking a club or something where we could accidently run into you guys if you know what I mean" Chad explained
"Ok I will let you know what we decide" Stephi said as she hung up the phone.
"They want to go to a club in Louisville tonight, if you girls are interested" Stephi  explained  to everyone
"Sure sounds fun but I don't know how easy it will be getting back here drunk as piss" Michelle laughed
"I am sure we will manage" Lexi said "I haven't been clubbing in ages it will be fun"
"Which one should I tell them to meet us at then?" Stephi said excitedly. They were just going to die when they saw Jordan there. Stephi just hoped they could keep up the charade until she could tell them properly what was going on.
"How about Stooges?" Laura suggested
"Oh yeah that would be great" Lexi said brightly "Taylor should be working "
"Ok I will tell them to meet us there at what time then?" Stephi asked
"Well we will have to get ready and eat something, so how about 10ish?" Michelle said looking at her watch.
"Ok" Stephi said as she redialed the number
"Yes baby " Jordan's voice greeted her
To hear him answer the phone shocked Stephi so much that she faltered in her speech
"Uh....Oh....hey, we decided to go to Stooge's around 10ish, how is that?" she said recovering quickly
"Ok great" Jordan said excitedly "we will see you there and don't worry I will find you" he promised.
"Ok sure, can't wait" Stephi said nervously
"Stephi" Jordan said quickly before she could hang up "I love you" he told her as she  heard Chad's laughter erupt  in the background.
"Yeah me too" she replied grinning "It will be good to see you too" She as she hung up having to suppress her laughter.
"Ok it's all set then" Stephi said to everyone excitedly
"Let get ready then" Kat said as she rose
They spent the next three hours chatting and critiquing each other's outfits, hair and makeup as they got ready. They hastily ate supper at a local restaurant that was on the way. Stephi really couldn't eat much because she was so nervous. They all had a drink before they left just to get them ready. The group of women  were all silent as they made their way into Louisville. Steph's insides were twisting into knots as she thought about what was going to happen. This was a bad idea, and she didn't like it. There were too many ways this could fuck shit up but she didn't know how to stop it now especially when  she could never tell him no. He was her weakness and he knew it.

What was she going to say or do when Chad and Jordan walked up to them?

"You in there?" Lexi teased  waving a hand in front of Steph's face.
"Oh yeah, just jet lag" Stephi shrugged
"You need a drink" she said with a hand on her shoulder as she found a parking spot
They piled out and made the short walk to the club. They could hear the music thumping from the outside as they walked up to get into line. They chatted excitedly as they waited their turn for admittance. Jordan leaned on the railing and sipped his beer as he watched her dance. She was so crazy he laughed to himself as she tossed her hair seductively to the pulsing music. She and her friends seemed well on their way to being plastered and he wondered briefly if this was a good idea.

What if something came out?

"So are we going down there to them?" Chad asked walking up
"Not just yet" Jordan told him still watching for the perfect time.
She hadn't caught his eye in the crowd yet and he didn't want to surprise her. Jordan  watched them walk back to their table as he saw Steph  scan the room again. He waved his hand casually in an attempt to catch her eye. She finally saw him and made an extravagant head motion toward the restrooms and he laughed
"I will be right back" he said nudging Chad to hold his beer.
"Yeah right" Chad chuckled as he rolled his eyes
Jordan maneuvered  his way through the dancing crowd being careful to avoid her table of friends. He wasn't sure what she wanted but he had to do this her way. When he found the restrooms where he couldn't resist stepping back out of view to watch her for a moment. Her hair had grown so much since they had first met and it now skimmed the top of her shoulders. He watched her tuck it behind her ear nervously. She was looking so hot tonight he knew it would be hard keeping his feelings in check. She was so anxious about letting her friends know about them and he didn't want to ruin her moment. He could tell she was getting more nervous by the way she was fidgeting and shifting her weight so he decided to end her torture. He casually walked over to her throwing  her favorite smirk. Her eyes flashed seductively and Jordan  knew that she was wasted.
"Fancy meeting you here" she teased with a smile that drove him wild. He couldn't stop his actions. He pressed her against the wall with his lower body and laughed at her sharp intake of breath.
"I am glad I saw you here too" he breathed in her ear and she arched her back pressing her body hard against his. He leaned in and was shocked when she nearly choked him with her tongue.
"Glad I showed up when I did, I would hate for someone else to have gotten that greeting" he teased  as his head finished spinning.
"Sorry" she giggled drunk "You just look so damn hot babe"
"I will show you hot" he growled as he pinned her back against the wall  kissing  her neck aggressively
Jordan  felt Steph's body shiver against his and he wasn't sure what the people passing around them were thinking but at this point he really didn't care. He had all but lost himself in the smell of her as he kissed his way down her collar bone when she stiffened and put her hands up on his shoulders. At her shocked intake of breath he leaned against her protectively and looked up at the wall.
"Uh.. Hey Lexi...I well....I had to go to the bath room and...." he felt her take a deep breath and he stiffened at the reveal of their visitor.
