After the concert, we decided to go to my house to hang out even though it was 1 am. We were all insomniacs anyways. I had a talk with Tyler about him knowing that I like Josh and not to tell him yet. He promised he wouldn't and I trusted him. We decided on playing truth or dare.
"Ok Tori," Tyler began. "Truth or dare?" "Dare!" I responded. "I'm no chicken!" "Ok. I dare you to..." he looked around the room until he could find something to dare me. His eyes landed on Josh's phone. "Change your name in Josh's contacts." "Really? That's it? Ok then" I grabbed Josh's phone and held it out for him to open it. I went to his text messages and clicked on my name. I changed "Tori" to "T🌹"."Done" I told Tyler.
Tyler had to ask Josh and as he thought of a dare, a very evil grin popped on his face. "Truth or dare Josh?"
"T-truth" he stuttered.
"Is it true you liked Tori?" My head snapped up at the sound of my name. Me and Josh both glared at Tyler while he gave us an evil grin.
Josh was blushing madly and he was at a loss for words. "I...uh...um.." he kept stuttering unable to say a word.
Tyler began counting down from ten.
"Ten Nine Eight Seven Six Five Four Three Two O-"
"YES I LIKE TORI" Josh finally spat out. I looked at Josh and he was fiddling with his fingers. Tyler looked at me smugly and asked me another truth or dare. "But you just w-" I began. "Nope! I'm doing another." Tyler cut me off.
"Now, Tori truth or dare?" He asked. I sighed knowing there was no way out of it. Unless...
"I.. uh.. have to use the bathroom." I got up before Tyler had the chance to protest.
I quickly got in and locked the door breathing in a sigh of relief. Why was I so nervous? The boy I liked just admitted to liking me. Why did I have to screw it up?
I put my ear to the door and heard Josh talking to Tyler. He wasn't mad, he was...fine?
"Yea thanks man, I wanted to get that off my chest. I just don't want things to be awkward if she doesn't feel the same." Josh told him.
"TORRIIIIII" I heard Tyler yell. I slowly pushed my ear away from the door and unlocked it, walking out to the boys sitting on my bed.
"Yea?" I said. I was still blushing.
"You haven't answered. Truth or dare?" Tyler continued.
"I choose dare." I didn't think that Tyler could ask me about me liking Josh through that way.
But of course I was wrong. Tyler Joseph always surprises me. "I dare you to tell us your crush." Tyler laughed out. I blushed even harder and looked away. "Um... I like..." I could feel the air become tense as I finished out my answer.
