Josh left early that morning to get some clothes and clean his apartment. That left me to do whatever.

I finished getting ready and was bored so I decided to bring out my ukulele. I haven't played it in a while but I'm pretty good at it.
I strummed a bit and hummed.
I began to play softly and sing Ruby. By the time I got to the end I was tearing up.
"You're an angel fallen down
Won't you tell us of the clouds
You have fallen from the sky
How high? How high? How high?"I finished the last few chords and put down my uke.
I thought about Josh.
I never ever want to lose him. He's my anchor. He keeps me tied down to the Earth. He puts up with me when no one else would. I love him.
Just then my doorbell rang.
I opened the door and welcomed the person with a hug. "Hey Josh" "Hello my love." I blushed. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and and continued inside my apartment.
Tyler walked in behind him pretending to gag. "Ewww PDA!!" I rolled my eyes and smacked him on the back of the head playfully.
"Hey Tori I didn't know you played." Josh said pointing to my ukulele. "Yea it helps me release stress and it's like an outlet." I sat down.
"Hey maybe one day you can come on stage with me and we can play something together!" Tyler said excitedly. "Hmmm. Let me check my calendar." I pretended to look on my wall. "Sure!" He laughed and so did I.
