A day passed since Josh and I broke up. I wanted to text him, tell him I still love him, but I began seeing Debby with him more often so I stayed away.

Someone knocked on my door.

"Who's is it?" I said yawning, tired from the lack of sleep Josh caused me.

Someone opened the door and Tyler walked in and walked to my bedroom, knowing I would be in there.

"Yes?" I asked him. Even though Josh and I don't talk, I'm still friends with Jenna and Tyler. They did nothing wrong.

"What happened between you and Josh?" He said with a concerned look. "I haven't seen you two talk since all that yelling yesterday and I saw him at Kilwin's with some new girl." I'm surprised Josh didn't tell him yet.

My heart shattered at the thought of him talking another girl to my favorite ice cream place.

After a bit of silence, Tyler widened his eyes. "Please tell me that you guys didn't."

I nodded. "He broke up with me."

The words tasted bitter.

"Why?" He asked.

I explained everything that happened that night from me taking his keys and ditching him to him introducing me as his friend to me crying in the rain. I left out the part with the older man. I was still scared.

"So he's mad because you won't tell him why you were crying?"

I nodded.

"Then tell me and I promise I won't tell a soul if you don't want me to."

I looked at Tyler. Over these past couple months him and Jenna became some of my best, closest friends.

"I was..."

"raped." I whispered loud enough for him to hear.

He froze then engulfed me into a hug, quickly pulling back knowing that I might not want any physical contact.

I started crying and he engulfed me in a second hug, not caring about the contact.

"Josh was so stupid for doing that. I'm gonna talk to him." He got up.

"Please don't bring up what happened." I pleaded.

"I won't I promise."

After a week, Josh was still ignoring me and I was hurt. Maybe the talk with Tyler didn't help.

I decided to text Haylee and go to Kilwin's with her but she wanted Coldstone. I said no simply because it reminded me of Josh.

After we arrived at Kilwin's, I told Haylee everything that happened, leaving out the rape part.

She knew better than to ask so she just got up to order our ice creams. I stayed in my seat, humming paper hearts. The door opened and I could hear a certain laugh that made my head snap up. It was Josh. Holding Debby's hand.

I felt like I was going to throw up so I quickly ran to the bathroom before Josh saw me.

I didn't move quick enough and he shot me a sad, but upset glare.

He doesn't love her.

She loves him but he doesn't love her.

He's trying to make me...jealous?
