32- old friends

*Tori's pov*

I woke up on the couch, to see Jenna lying on the other side of it still asleep. I'm so thankful for her, the only person by me 24/7 when I need her. Ever since Haylee and I got into a fight, Jenna has been there for me.

Haylee was jealous that I was with Josh, so she tried to get us to break up. She made up lies and set us up, but it never worked. What if this was one of her plans?

I immediately got worried and got up to take a shower to get ready to head out.

After I showered, I came out to the kitchen to smell Jenna making breakfast.

"G'morning sunshine." Jenna smiled.

"Hey Jen." I said giving her my most believable smile.

She didn't believe me but she smiled anyways, knowing that I didn't want to relive the memories from the night before.

"Where you going this morning?" She asked setting the table.

"Haylee's place. We need to talk." I said helping Jenna put out the food.

"What did she do?" Jenna asked, immediately getting worried.

"Nothing, I hope. I just hope that she had nothing to do with all this." I said sitting down.

"I'm coming with you." Jenna said taking a bite out of her bacon.

"Jenna, thank you but you've done enough. Isn't Tyler worried?" I asked.

"No, he knows I'm with you. And I am going, you don't have a choice. You're my best friend. I'm not leaving you." She said smirking while putting away our dishes.

"Jenna I don't know what I would do without you." I said pulling her into a hug.

Half an hour later, I pulled into Haylee's driveway. I told Jenna to stay in the car and to come out in 10 minutes if I didn't return or text her.

I walked up to the front porch and rang the doorbell, putting my phone in my back pocket.

"Wait one sec babe, let me answer the door." I heard Haylee's voice call out.

As soon as the door opened, she looked at me, not knowing whether to be surprised or disgusted. I guess she went with both.

"Uh, hi Tori." She spat.

"Look I don't wanna fight I'm just here to ask a question." I said, not wanting to be here for that long.

"Sure, come in." She motioned for me to come inside, and for me to close the door behind us. I closed it but left a little wedge so that Jenna could come inside if anything happened.

"Babe, who is it?" A males voice came down the stairs. "Haylee who is at the do-"

I froze.

"Jaelyn."
