Anaya's P.O.V

Did I do something wrong?

"So why did she do that?" I ask my friends and they all shrug
"It's not a joke I can tell you that" Ayesha says and I agree

"I'm gonna go after her" I say
"There's ten minutes till the form bell so hurry up" Alina yells as I run down the corridor

I can barely run because my blazer is so heavy
I run into the third floor bathrooms and hear sniffling in the corner. I walk further into the toilets and see Halima sat in an open stall.
I sigh, here we go.

"Halima?" I say softly
She looks up at me before looking down again
"Honey what's wrong?" I ask her again and she ignores me again

"have I done something wrong? You have to speak to me, how else will I know?" I say genuinely worried
"This! This is what's wrong" she says quickly shoving her phone into my face

I take it out of her hands and focus on what's up on the screen. I knew it.

"Now do you get why I'm so pissed off at you?" She asks
"Halima I'm so sorry I-I don't know what to do or say" I reply
"Anaya! You could have told me, you're supposed to be my best mate" she argues
"Halima trust me I didn't expect to meet him I swear and we are best friends" I argue back

"Why would you keep it a secret then? Would a best friend do that?" She asks
"Halima I'm so sorry, I was gonna ring you so you could speak to him but he was always busy" I say sadly

She sighs,
"Wait, I'm sorry I'm overreacting a bit"
"No you have every right to be pissed at me right now" I tell her
She shrugs
"Best friends?" I ask
"Sisters" she says getting up and hugging me

"So? Shall I ring him now?" I ask and she laughs
"At lunch" she says and I agree
The bell rings telling us to go to form.

"Science is the worst" Rukayah whinges as we walk out the class
"Hurry up we got lunch" Alina shouts
This is why I love Alina. Because we both love food. We got downstairs and I get a pizza slice. We sit on our usual table.

"Face time him now" Ayesha tells me and I remember. I almost forgot then.

I unlock my phone and call him on FaceTime. He answers straight away and my smile gets bigger
"Minnie!" He shouts
"Hey Jungy" I laugh at his enthusiasm
"Whose the gang?" He asks

I introduce all of them to him and he nods his head.
"Are you in school?" He asks
"Yeah why?" I ask
"Are you allowed to be face timing someone in school?" He asks
"It's lunch I can do what I want" I reply

"Okay then" he says rolling his eyes and laughing
"So, I need a favour" I tell him and he raises and eyebrow
"What kind of favour?" He asks

"Well, my friend Halima is a big fan of you and you need to follow her back on Instagram and add her back on snapchat" I say and he nods his head
"Okay gimme a sec" he says getting up

He comes back with his phone in his hand and he turns it on. He smiles as he sees his lockscreen and looks up at me. I look down and smile secretly.
"What's you username?" He asks her and she doesn't reply

She looks like she's drooling
"Halima?" I say and she jumps
"What?" She says quickly
"Your username?" Harris asks again and she tells him

A few minutes later her phone pings and she squeals. The bell stats ringing so we all get up. I go to a place where it's more quieter and tell Rukayah to tell the girls I'm coming.
"Hey Jungy?" I ask
"Hmmm?" He replies
"You know when I didn't want to be on camera?" I say and he nods
"Well, it's because of Halima and she really loves you like really really loves you, she's your biggest fan and she got a bit pissed when she saw Adam's vlogs"

"Shit man, what happened?" He asks
"She came running into school, called me a bitch in front of everyone and then ran to the toilets. I had to tell her I was sorry" I explain
"So you're mates now?" He asks and I nod
"I miss you, you know" I say
"Minnie I miss you so much you can't even imagine" he says
"I wish I could see you" I say and he nods
"I wish that every day" he says smiling
"You're so cute, but listen I have to get to my lesson so I'll talk when I get home" I say and he nods and says goodbye before ending the call

I walk into my English class and everyone's quiet.
"Why're you late?" Mr James asks
"Girl problems" I lie and he nods his head
That's my excuse everytime I'm late because the male teachers start feeling so uncomfortable. I love watching them squirm.

I sit down and he starts the lesson.
"So, today we're gonna have a bit of a chill lesson" he says and I smile
"You can move to wherever you want to sit but if I hear any noise you're going back to your places" he says and all my friends come and sit on the table where I sit.

Mr James goes on to YouTube and scrolls down trending and clicks on someone's vlog.
"Hey what's up Adoomy gang..." I hear a familiar voice speaking and look up and it's the vlog where I'm singing with Harris.
