Anaya's P.O.V
What the hell am I supposed to do? The video of me singing is on the board for everyone in my English class to see. Everyone will see it, even my stupid English teacher.
"Let's not watch this" I shout getting out my seat and running to Mr James' computer
"Calm down Anaya, we'll watch what you want after this" he laughs
I fake smile and sit back down in my seat.
"So guess whose here with me and Harris today?" Adam asks the camera
He points the camera to me and I slightly smile to it. I bang my head on the table as everyone looks at me.
One of the guys was about to say something but Harris starts his singing. When I start singing everyone looks at me in shock and I slam my head on the table again.
Once the vlog ended Mr James paused the next video and turned to me.
"I didn't know you could sing" he says
"That's because I can't" I reply
"Are you dumb, you've got a sick voice" one of the guys says
"Yeah erm... no"
"Sing for us now" Rukayah says and I glare at her
"Yeah come on sing" Ayesha encourages
"Sing! Sing! Sing! Sing!" Everyone starts chanting
Even Mr James is chanting

"Fine chill!" I shout and they stop chanting
I go to the front and search for the backing track of 'Love You Goodbye' by One Direction
The intro starts and I breathe.

The door knocks and I turn my head towards the door and see Ali stood there
What's he doing here?
"Sir, can I borrow Anaya?" He asks and I furrow my eyebrows
He wants to borrow me? Why?
"Yeah sure" Mr James says and I get up off my chair
I shut the door behind me and look at him.
I've just realised how tall he is compared to me
Not tall as Harris but he's tall
"Anaya I just wanted to say congratulations for winning the competition innit" he says
"Oh, er thanks" I reply
"So I couldn't tell you properly cos that curly hair guy and the others were all around you" he says again
"That curly hair guy is called Harris actually" I say and he nods
"Anyways, I bought you a present to say well done" he says
"Oh you didn't have to" I say quickly
"You deserve it now open it" he says handing me a box
I sigh and open the box.
"Did you actually buy these?" I ask and he nods
"It was embarrassing as fuck but I did it anyway" he smiles
"Thanks so much" I say looking down and admiring my new HudaBeauty lashes and lipsticks
"Thanks so much" I say again
"Don't mention it, you deserve it" he says smiling
"Thanks" I say for like the millionth time
"Listen now I've got you on your own, I wanted to ask you something" he starts
"What is it?" I ask
"You know, I've liked you ever since year seven?" He asks
"What? No I didn't know" I say confused
"Well, I have and I need to let it all out" he says
"Okay" I reply
I know I sound so dead and it looks like I don't give a shit but seriously I'm flipping out on the inside. He's killing me right now!
"You probably don't like me which is fine, but I needed to tell you. It's been five years and I thought I'd get over you but I can't. You're just too amazing and seeing you with Harris at the competition pissed me off so much and I told myself that I'd tell you as soon as I saw you next. So, Anaya Hussain? Do you wanna go out?" He asks
