"You're my nanana

Not anyone, but you.

I love it when we're together,

But I also like it when you're away,

Because I still can feel you."

Joan smiles at me, but Carl was shocked. "You are a musician?" he asks. "You're so great at being photographer. You're just like young Joan."

I small laugh. "Thank you, Carl. It's all thanks to you because you leaded me very well."

"I can't wait to hear you from classical media saying there's a new rising violinist named Summer!"

"Thank you, Carl. Don't worry, I'll visit you all since my grandpa and Ren are still there. I'm going to become a real deal and meet you guys again."

"Well, you see," Joan says. "I will never let anyone quit like you do. But the boss had said. And you can't wait anymore, huh?"

"Yes," I say. "I'm sorry."

"Don't bother. It seems like you will always be intern. This job is for interns to become the real photographer. But now you quit, so you're just intern."

"I guess I'll always be intern. Thank you, Joan, Carl. For everything. And please be together. You guys are so great together."

"What?" both of them ask at the same time.

But I already say goodbye and leave them together. They have to become a couple.

I take the violin and the coat from my room. It's a break day and there's no shooting. The shooting will be finished next week.

Ryan is in the gym. He's shocked when he sees me. I know he's thinking that I'll hit him. But I smile and wave the violin.

He looks confused.

"I'm here to give you back your violin and the money. Thanks. You can give to anyone else and here's the money."

"No need," he says. "You can take the violin for you. Consider it's a gift. Really."

"Thanks, Carson," I say.

"I'm sorry about yesterday," he says and he seems sincere. "And I'm not lying about you used to be my favourite."

I smile. "Don't worry, I don't expect stars like you to care. I'm glad I know about that, though. Thanks for the violin, though. But I'm not going to take it. Thank you."

I just leave him. I don't even wait to hear his reply. Who cares anyway? I can do whatever I want since I'm not here as an intern anymore. I'm here as the girl who's going home. And she finally can be happy again.

I try to find Jake. He's not in his room, I guess. My guess that he's with Katherine. I go back to my room and ask the carrier to bring it down to the car Ren rents. He'll take me on sightseeing until my flight is due.

(***)

"Bye, Yuka. I'll see you at home," Ren says when he drives me to the airport. "I'm so glad you look so bright. You're different now in a good way."

"Thanks. I'm going to win this, Ren. I'll hold my recital, just see. I'll be just like you."

"You'll shine brighter. Even more than me."

"See you around, Ren." I push my luggage when I remember Jake's coat on my hand. "Ren! Give it to Jake!" I tell him while I throw the coat to him. "Tell him I say thanks!"

I smile when I'm in the plane. Gramps always does his best for me and a first class ticket shows up for me. They are rooting for me, just like Oliver rooting for me.

I won't let them down. I'm going to win.
