Elise's P.O.V

The morning was hot and bright. Great, this is such a perfect day to start with my first day of trainin, under the hot sun. Fantastic. I arrived at the mansion, still not getting the hang of it and got lost several times, but after nice twenty minutes, I found it. I found the mansion. "Elise, you're here," greeted Slenderman. I looked at him, he was at the kitchen. I walked towards him. "Yeah, I had to lie to my parents and told them I was out for an early morning walk. I never lie to my parents,"

"It is for the best, child," was the only thing Slender told me. He offered me some breakfast. I politely declined the offer and told him I ate home. Which I did. "Sit down, Mrs. Davis, Jack is taking his time up in his room. He'll be down in a few minutes," said Masky. "Alright. Thanks," I said before pulling a chair and sitting on it.

"Hey, you're the famous Elise, right?" said a voice from behind me. I turned around to see Skyleigh's sister. I forgot her name. "Yes, and you must be Skyleigh's sister,"

"Gretchen. Sure am. 'Heard you were starting to train today with Eyeless. Are you up for it?" she smirked at me.

"I mean, I guess? Have you ever trained with him?" I asked. She let out a scoff, smiling and rolling her eyes. " 'Course not,"

"That Australian accent. It Sounds very fucking real. How did you learn to talk like that?" chuckled Gretchen.

I blushed slightly. "Um, I was born with it. I'm actually Australian,"

Gretchen seemed to widen her eyes slightly. "Oh, shit-- My bad, hehe,"

"I know a lot about you," she remarked.

"How so?" I questioned.

She pursed her lips. "Well, somebody talked to me about you."

I let out a sigh through my nose. "It was Ben....right?"

The blonde woman with green, emerald eyes nodded her head. "It's just--" I started but she cut me off. "Dude, don't worry about it. I understand,"

"What? He explained it to you-?"

"Not him, Slender of course,"

I sighed in relief. "Oh,"

"Elise, come on, it's time for your training," I heard Eyeless Jack's voice say. He walked into the kitchen where Gretchen and I were having a conversation. "Sure," I said to him as I turned to look at Gretchen,"I'll see you later,"

I walked to where Jack was and turned around, waving back at Gretchen before walking off to the front door with Jack. "At least it'll be easier with you. I guess." he said, breaking the bubble of silence. We got out into the woods.

"What do you mean?" I questioned him.

He pat my shoulder. "The more you get into this family, the more you know,"

I gave him a puzzled look but continued following him. We stopped in front of a tree. It wasn't that far from the mansion at all.

"Alright, first, posture, put your hands like this. You're going to learn defense." demanded Jack. I gave him a nod. I put my hands as he ordered me to and fixed my posture. "Good, now....think fast," he said, throwing his hand up to my face. Without thinking twice, I blocked his hand. He stepped back. "Good."
