"And that question is....?"

"Who is Ben?" I questioned.

"I apologize, but the real question is, who is Ben for you?" Slender asked firmly. "I-I--," I took a deep breath, "Before Ben 'died', he was shy and the sweetest best friend I ever had....but now, I don't even know who he is,"

"Child, what I'm about to tell you may be surprising for you," he said, "I'm sorry for the details but Ben manipulates and tortures people. Ben is dead. He is a wraith."

Wraith. He's a basically a phantom. A ghost in other terms.

My eyes widened slightly. "What? B-but that's definitely something Ben wouldn't do,"

"As you can see, Elise, Benjamin is clearly not the same as before, he has changed a lot over the years, and he will most certainly, keep changing." he sighed.

I looked down, before tears started falling down my cheeks. "Do you need to go home?" asked Slender.

I nodded rapidly as I looked up at him. "I will teleport you to your home. But before I do, I have a warning. Do not tell anybody about what happened. Not your friends, not your family, nobody. You have been warned."

....

For the past few days I have received nothing more than feelings. As in I feel watched everywhere I go. I don't like this feeling. At all. I was texting with Taylor on the silent street until I bumped into somebody. I took a glance up. "Oh! I-I'm sorry!"

It was a very tall figure, who was wearing a white hoodie--

"You should watch where you're going, brat," sighed Jeff.

"Didn't I just apologize?" I mumbled.

"Tch, Slender is looking for you." he spoke.

I tilted my head. "For me? How come?"

"You think I fucking know? He only ordered me to look for you and bring you over to the damn mansion,"

"I can't now, I'm sorry,"

Jeff let out a sigh. "Look, brat, I'm not asking, it's an order from Slender. So you're coming with me whether you like it or not,"

I gave him a look. "What? No. I'm going over to a friend's house now."

"Slender can't wait, so you're coming with me," he grabbed my arm and gripped it hard, hurting me.

"Ow! H-hey! You're hurting me!" I yelled as he pulled me over to some woods that was close to the street, not letting go of my arm. I started to panic. What if he decides to kill me? What if he tricked me?

"Shut the fuck up," was all he said.

"N-No! I will tell Slender about this!"

He gripped my arm harder. My eyes widened. "Oh, yeah. Go ahead and tell him. What's he gonna do? Ground me?" he laughed.

"Why do you hate me so m-much?" I groaned. "Stop fucking whining and move faster." he demanded, avoiding the question I just asked.

We ended up in the mansion. So this was it? I thought it was farther away. Well, it seemed farther away for me. He opened the door as he got in first, I got in after him. "Come," he ordered as he grabbed my arm, this time slightly less painful. We walked upstairs and ended up in Slender's office. He opened the door and pushed me in the office. "There she is. I'm leaving now,"
