I wiped the sweat from my forehead as I continued to walk along the side of the road. It was around 4:30 pm. My feet are hurting, and I can feel a headache coming. 2 hours ago I and friend had gotten into a heated argument. It became so heated that I made her stop the car so I can get out and walk the rest of the way.
I am now regretting even stepping out of the car, I think I'm lost. My phone died and there's hardly any cars out.
I licked my lips, wishing that I had some water to drink. My throat was extremely dry. I heard the music behind me, I turned around to see a car I quickly waved my hand trying to get the driver attention.
Whoever was driving stopped in front of me. The window rolled down. I walked up to the car, to see a brunette. "I don't mean to waste your time at all but can I get a ride to the closest cafe?"
I could call my mom and get her to pick me up. I might end up getting slapped but it's worth it.
The girl smiled at me "yeah sure get in" I quickly got inside putting on my seat belt. She pulls off. "I'm Lauren what's yours?"
"Y/n"
"Ok y/n how did you get stranded in the middle of the desert?" She glances at me "um well I have got into an argument with my best friend so I decided to walk the rest of the way"
She hums "that really wasn't a smart move huh?"
"Yeah I know I'm going to get in so much trouble" I groan as she chuckles.
"How old are you?" I furrowed my eyebrows "why?" She licks her lips "just trying to get to know you that's all"
"Oh um well I'm 19" she doesn't say anything after that. I relaxed in my seat looking out the window.
After about an hour or so I noticed a cafe up ahead. I sat up smiling to myself. I could get me something to eat and something to drink while waiting for my mom.
I noticed that we got closer and closer to the cafe, I furrowed my eyebrows as my past it. "Uh, Lauren you do know that you passed the cafe right?"
She kept her eyes on the road. "Lauren?"
I looked back at the cafe "can you stop the car" she stops the car and unbuckles her seat belt. I do the same and open the door as she does the same.
"What are you doing?" She slams the door shut walking to my side. I quickly turned around and started to run in the direction of the cafe.
As I'm running I felt something pinch the back of my neck. I slowed down and looked back to see Lauren walking towards me with a gun in her hand.
I fell to the ground and my eyes became very heavy.
"You know, I really like your name it's pretty. I also think you're pretty, wait no I think you're beautiful. And I know this might sound crazy but I want to marry you"
I felt her hands grabbed my arms. I blinked my eyes repeatedly as she drags me through the dirt.
"So when you wake up, you're going to be in a beautiful wedding dress, you'll be ready to walk down the aisle." My eyes closed.
"And this is happening for real because I always get what I want and that is your baby girl"
"you probably don't want this but didn't your mom teach you not to get in a car with strangers?" She chuckles "but don't worry my child I'm going to make you so happy".....
This is shit I might wait until tomorrow to write this over because it's 2 am and I'm tired.
