"Why! Why would you scare me like that! You could've died! You could have left me!" I cried covering my mouth with my hand. She frowns grabbing my hand, she rubbed her thumb over my knuckles "I'm so sorry I scared you. I didn't think you would care"
Another sob left the mouth. "I didn't think anyone would care. What I did wasn't meant to hurt anyone. I didn't want to hurt you, but I don't regret doing it"
I stood up from the chair, "HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT?!!" I screamed "HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT TO ME! AFTER ALL, THAT WE HAD TOGETHER"
"Lauren, I'm happy you brought me here. And I'm happy I'm alive. But I would still be happy if you didn't" I paced around the room. "I read that whole book"
"Jeremy was supposed to give it to you if I died"
"Yeah, I know. He told me" I glared at her. She sighs rolling her eyes "what do you want me to say? Lauren? I'm alive aren't you happy? Why are you so angry-"
"Because you almost left me! I would've been alone"
"No, you wouldn't"
"Yes, I would, out of everyone that I met in my life y/n....you're the only one who made me feel whole. You made me feel like I actually had someone to rely on! And for a long time I haven't felt happy, but then you came into my life! And you made feel so much shit that scared me. And just when I finally came to a conclusion that-that I was in love-" I cut my self off turning away from her. "Just when I finally stop being scared of my feelings you go and commit suicide and scare me all over again!
I thought this was it! I thought that I had lost you! So yeah I'm angry at you! Because you scared me half to death."
She licks her lips "Lauren-" the door opens. I looked back to see her dads running in. "Oh my god! My Baby" I wiped the tears from my cheeks "Are you ok?"
Y/n kept her eyes on me "yeah I'm ok"
"Don't ever scare us like that again!"
"I won't I promise" I walked out of the room. Dinah, Ally, and Normani were waiting for me outside. "So she's awake?" Dinah asked I nodded. "Are you ok?" Ally spoke. I shook my head, as more tears fell out my eyes.
They quickly pulled me into a hug. "I can't go now! She's finally awake.!" I cried.
"Lauren he's not waiting any longer," Ally says. I looked back over to see y/n talking to her parents. She didn't look happy. "I almost confessed my love to her" I looked back to them. "What am I supposed to do?" I asked, "I can't just leave her!"
"Her parents will watch over her Lauren" I shook my head. "I need to be by her side. I need to be here through the recovery. I can't perform on stage. Not like this" we all turned to the door and watched y/n. "I'll go talk to Will" Ally spoke after a moment of silence.
"I'll go with you," Normani says following Ally.
"So you finished the book," Dinah says. "Yeah?"
"And she wakes up right after that?"
"Yeah"
"I thought stuff like that only happens in movies" she chuckles "This is like a miracle. You should be smiling Lauren. And kissing her"
"And instead I yelled at her" I bite my lip. Dinah places a hand on my shoulder "Things will get better. I promise".....
