Heyley's POV

I'm seriously in deep shit. How can I be so clumsy? As far as I'm concern, I've never been so clumsy in my whole entire existence; even when I'm ballroom dancing with a gentlemen.

'I'm so sorry....' I said in a worried tone while covering my shocking mouth. My mouth was literally hanging.

'Sorry?!? Is that all you got? You know how much this shirt cost?' He said while taking off his shades.

For a second, I'm lost in my own thoughts. His features were breathtaking, his eyes, his chin and his perfect blonde hair. God. Did u sent me this angel without wings? But I got snap out of it when..

Ring.Ring.Ring.Ring. Coincidently, both of our phones rang at the same time and we pick it up immediately.

Kris's POV

Taking over my dad's CEO position in his company at a young age seriously doesn't make my life any better.

The thought of signing thousands and thousands of papers per day, clocking in and out the office, meeting new clients and partnership every single day technically is not what I plan to do during my high school years. However, to my parents, it's like as if my future is in their hands. I didn't sign up for this.

It's been quite sometime I've taken over this company. And yes, when it comes to me, every single worker does everything in my way. If you don't like it. Don't step into the building under my family's name. I have more than hundreds of workers doing their job below the floor of my office, and yes, when it comes to workers, I expect highly in each and every one of them. Including my 11 head of department leader who I hired ever since I became the CEO. That's how I make my decisions worth it when I hire them. I don't just pay for fun.

I've been really uptight lately with so many things going around in my life.

I barely have ANY time for myself or even what's going on outside my office. I don't care how the world works outside , I'm just doing my job, because everyone here follows my way and only mine.

Before I clocked back into my office after meeting with clients at the shopping mall they owned, I thought to myself 'maybe this partnership wouldn't be so bad after all'.

The sun rays shine straight on my skin and I can't take the sunniness reflect straight into my eyes. I took out the pair of shades from my long black coat and wore them while I walk into Starbucks. And plus, this shades do come in handy when you're famous being the youngest CEO in Korea, it seems like paparazzi(s) just won't leave u alone.

-----

As it was about time for me to take my order when 'AHHHHHH! WHAT THE HELL?! WATCH WHERE YOU ARE GOING! LOOK AT MY SHIRT! WHAT HAVE U DONE?!?' I raised my voice furiously at the girl in front of me for her mistake.

'Sorry? Is that all you got? You know how much this shirt cost?' I said in an angry tone while taking of my shades after hearing her saying sorry.

Our eyes met for a second. She seems so familiar. Have I seen her before?

Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. The two different ringtones rang at the same time and one of them was mine.

'SPEAK.' I said, to the other end of the line.

'Good afternoon sir Kris, Tao is speaking here, you have a visitor here and it seems like she needs to see you ASAP.'

Tao said at the other line, he's one of the head marketing in my company and he's been giving me a lot of help lately.

'Alright. I'll be there in 10.' I said and hang up my phone straight away.

Coincidently, the girl who just ran into me just hang up her phone too. Geez. She's lucky enough that Tao called me at this timing or else she's dead meat.

'I'm really sorry! I'll pay you back as soon as possible, but I seriously need to go.' She said to me the second after she finished talking on her phone and she tried to run away.

Before she could make another move. I grabbed her hand.

'What makes you think I would believe you would pay me back? This shirt is limited edition. And it's the only one in this world made by a personal tailor in Manila.' I answer her with the cold tone I always had in me.

Heyley's POV

'I seriously have to go.' I said back to him and storm out of Starbucks with my bodyguards and cousins after getting that phone call from my mum. She wants me back at home as our family reunion is on tonight with my grandparents who we haven't met for quite some time.

-----

'Why didn't you guys help me but just stare at me while I was in deep shit?!?' I asked my bodyguards and cousins in the car. They didn't answer me a single thing as if I'm talking to myself.

Seconds became minutes, minutes became almost forever.

'YAH! Answer my question everybody!' I raised my voice. I was so embarrassed.

It was in public. And I can already feel that I'm gonna be on the cover of the state papers the next morning. Yes, it happened to me many times as I'm the future heir of my family's company, and you would probably understand why I have bodyguards with me now.

As I was about to fire another bodyguard for not answering me, one of my cousin interrupt and said 'Yah Heyley Song Jane! U can't treat somebody like that yah know? I'll tell u later alright?'

'We have our own reason for not telling yah' my cousin mumbled and she thought I didn't hear anything.

I just sigh for a second, this would probably be something that I don't want to hear.
