I was drumming my pen against my office table and thinking of what I did yesterday. It was wrong, I should've have kissed her without her permission. Truth be told, I didn't even know what's gotten in to me yesterday.

After I kissed her, she didn't even wanna face or talk to me. I was pleading for her to at least say a word after she pushed me off breaking off the kissed. I felt pang in my heart immediately and the emptiness has yet again being felt.

She ran out the dark hallway and immediately fished out her phone to call someone. I was about to spin her around after chasing her for quite awhile but then as soon as she stopped her pace, a black Mercedes came revealing her bodyguards Steve and Jay took her away leaving me there stranded without hearing out her explanation.

I hated myself for taking that step and I mentally slapped myself in the head. Aish what is wrong with you Kris! But does she hates me that much that she's running away like that?

Knock knock. Who could it be? Please let it be Heyley.

"Good morning hyung! I didn't get the chance to send you these files yesterday because of the extra work lately so yeah, I need your signature here, here and here." Beakhyun came in with a stack of files and pointing everywhere on the white sheets that needs my signature to be sealed for the Wu & Song Headquarters. I felt disappointed as I was expecting someone else on the door.

"There you go, and tell Luhan to create a new portfolio for the chosen resorts that's gonna be sent to the headquarters too. Both parties especially Wu & Song." I signed and handed it back to Baekhyun.

"Say, did Heyley clocked in today?" I asked him and he raised his brows at my sudden question. I know it's weird for me to ask this because this is my first time ever asking whether my employees are absent or not. But who am I kidding, obviously you have to be present because I don't care about what excuses you have and whatever that business you have outside my building, I personally don't care.

"Wow hyung, that's the first you asked about attendance. And yeah, she clocked in today. Why? Miss her already?" Beakhyun teased giving me a sly wink. I wanna slap him sometimes.

"You know, you're really too much. What's wrong with me asking? She is my employee anyway." I shot him giving him the death glare.

"Yah, you know very well I'm joking. But seriously though? Do you like Heyley or not?" Thump. What should I answer? What should I answer?!

As soon as I got out from bed, the first thing that came into my mind was none other than the kiss that Kris stole from me yesterday. Thump thump. What is wrong with me?!

I didn't know what was he thinking but how could he?

I recalled back vividly when I hop in the car as soon as Steve and Jay appeared picking me off. I felt save after that. Truth was, I was too shock at his sudden action.

Because just a few days I heard him talking on the phone saying he likes another girl and the next minute he kissed me. Just so everyone knows, it sucks being cheated and if Kris happens to be cheating on his current girlfriend kissing me, count me out. I don't wanna get involved and it sucks to be cheated by the one you love because I was there once.

"Heyley, are you listening to what I just said?" I woke up from my train of thoughts as my mum waved her hand in front of me while I was munching the loaf of bread for my breakfast in my mouth.
