"Secure the building, make sure all the workers are back on 3rd of January, send all the invitations to the shareholders about the opening ceremony and call the cleaning crew as soon as possible. I'd like to see this building in extra tip top condition plus not a single dust on my table when I get back from Canada," I said as I put on my trench coat.

"Yes sir, do you need anything else?" Hyunsik asked politely.

"Not quite, I'll get going first. Have a good winter break," I chimed and took long stride to the elevator.

Ding. The elevator door sledded open came revealing Song Minho.

"Good afternoon, sir. I was just about to go up to your office," he beamed giving me a polite bow.

"I'm so sorry, I have to catch my last minute flight to Canada as it was advanced to this afternoon instead of this Sunday. Is there anything you needed to inform me at this hour?" I asked as I stepped in the elevator.

"Oh it's not actually important but.. I really do hope you can come to my sister's wedding," he said giving me a small smile. Sometimes, I seriously could forget that he's related to Heyley and Mr. Song as well.

"Yeah sure, the groom happens to be one of my closest friend ever since we were pre-school. Like can you believe how small this world is? Everyone practically has connection with each other," I said to him.

"Oh really? My future brother-in-law is one of your closest friends? Wow. I guess you can really say that," he chuckled in amusement.

Ding. "Hey, I gotta run. I'll see you at the ceremony and enjoy your holidays!" I beamed after the elevator signaled for my leave.

"You too, sir," he waved.

"Oh god, Wendy. Why did you have to mention the pool incident?!" I half yelled as I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Hey, I didn't know my cousin-brother would be that silly when he said he wanted to do a cool diving stunt and ended up landing his back on the wet floor instead INTO the pool," She laughed out loud.

"And how many years has it been man, was it when you're 13 and I was 10?" Mark laughed along.

"Oh shut up, you don't want me to take out the picture of you in your princess costume during Halloween when you lost a bet to me," I winked slyly towards the younger one.

I'm currently in my grandmother's mansion in the middle of Vancouver and I can't recall when was the last time we even had a cousin bonding time till today on Christmas Eve as we sat around the table eating roasted turkey and other English meals.

"So I heard one of your friends are getting married in two days, was it Henry?" Wendy asked out of the blue.

"Yeap, I'd be staying over the hotel which the wedding night would be held and I hope his bachelor party wouldn't be those scandalous ones," I said to her.

"Hahahaha yeah I heard people call out strippers nowadays," Mark said and that literally made Amber, slapped his head.

"Come on sis, do you have to do that?!?" Mark said rubbing the spot where Amber hit.

"Ahahaha yes. It's necessary. Hey guys, let's play poker!" Amber cheered and we all made ourselves comfortable by the fire place.

"AND BLACKJACK 21. I WIN AGAIN!" I cheered out loud after playing a few hours.

"That does it, he wins every. Single. Time. I don't wanna loose another 100 bucks on my credit card," Wendy said throwing her card towards the centre.

"Yeah me too. Hey Kris, are you having a broken heart or something?" Mark asked and I was shock at his sudden question.

"What? What do you mean?" I scoffed as I eyed the three of them.

"Because you only play well when you're pissed and emotional," Amber said.

"Okay wait, this topic is getting to another conversation. Since you're the eldest among us, and you have like the most stable position in the family's company, don't you think it's time for you to find a pair?" Wendy said winking at me.

"Hahahahaha you guys can't be joking. This is the first time my cousins are actually asking me about my love life. Is it going to be a full moon today?" I scoffed.

"Not a fool moon you idiot. It's call Christmas Eve and even one of your closest friend is getting married in two days. When is your turn?" Mark said as he shuffled the stack of cards.

Thump. I was dazed and the first person who appeared on my mind is non other than Heyley. Sigh.

"I don't know, maybe not ever?" I laughed as I elbow locked Mark's neck.

"Yahhhh! I forgot how strong you are!" He slapped my arm and that literally made the rest, including me laughed.

"CHEERS TO THE LAST DAY OF YOU BEING A FREE MAN HENRY!" We all raised our wine glass.

It's been awhile since I last get together with my fellow childhood Canadian brothers and having to meet them in Henry's bachelor party really brought back bunch of memories when we won a basketball tournament going straight to an after party. I clearly remembered those problem free days and I wish I could go back.

We talked about the good days and we dance to the crazy music. Soon, the waiter started bring alcohol and the dance floor began to fill up with their drunken minds.

I left the party earlier than any of them because I can't really stand the head throbbing music pounding against my ears.

I check my wrist watch and it was 6.30pm. Wearing my thick coat with me, I made my way to the snowy beach beside the hotel and eyed the sunset.

I closed my eyes for a moment and make a wish. I hope I'll meet you tomorrow. If Heyley doesn't show up, I don't think there's any other way I could meet her.

I opened my eyes and eyed the sunset once again. This scenery that I'm eyeing is so familiar to me.

I tried reminiscing my memory and suddenly I saw a silhouette of a girl bringing her hands up high with her back facing me beside the light house not far ahead of me.

Wait, this is the same picture as the one I saw on Mr. Song's phone screen!

I took long strides towards the light house, towards the girl to be exact. I stopped my pace as the wind blew her hair. I couldn't catch a glimpse of her face as her back was facing me.

"Hey---.. Heyley?" I asked with full of hope as I was a meter behind her.

Thump. She turned her head and it was indeed her!

"Heyley!" Tears began to form in my eyes.

"K--Kris. You found me," she answered.

I pulled her close to me and embraced her with a hug. No words can describe what am I feeling right now.
