Kris
Knock knock. I knocked on the door of my dad's office and if I don't talk to him over this quickly I would be late for my first day of work in WS.
"Come in." I heard my dad murmured from the other side of the room.
When I opened the door, I was more than stunned to see the person seating across my father.
"What brings you hear early in the morning son? Oh and I forgot to tell you about today's appointment."
"I- I jus- just came to drop by, oh and it's nice to see you here Mr. Song." I said shaking his hand. Why does it have to be this morning? Mr. Song, your daughter is driving me crazy and I need to find out the answers! But I just said it to myself so no one else heard it except for me.
"Ahhhh yes, it's good that you're here. We were just planning to drop by WS later. But since you're here, your father and I visiting shouldn't be necessary." Mr. Song said giving me a smile and my father just nodded.
"I see. Is there something new?" I asked taking the seat next to my father. I wanna get out of here and I'm afraid that something about Heyley would accidentally come out from my mouth without me realizing it.
"We want you to plan the very first project under WS Cooperation title as a mark of the partnership between Wu & Song Inc," my father said while Mr. Song nodded with full agreement.
"That's a delightful idea. Do you have anything in mind, father? What about you Mr. Song?" I answered while eyeing the agenda in front of me.
"Well, since Wu Inc has been part of the industry," my dad said.
"And Song Inc has been part of industry and shopping malls too and such, we were planning on something different. Something eco-friendly like a resort or some sort. So what do you say, Kris?" Mr. Song asked.
Wow, having a resort as the first project of WS Co would definitely be a big hit to the tourist and golfers especially. Talk about less tress would be cut down too.
"That's a great idea. I'll hold a meeting with the employees as soon as possible when I'm back in WS." I asked eyeing them.
"On top of that, I want you to check out a few land sites with your own eyes. Bring along Heyley, she'll know what to do." My dad stated. Thump. Just when I thought her name won't be mentioned, I already felt a loud pang in my heart. Gosh I need to control myself.
Before I took my leave, I stopped my tracks behind closed door. I couldn't help but to eavesdrop on what they're saying.
"I hope Heyley didn't cause any trouble to Kris, she's really unstable at times." I heard Mr. Song said.
"I'm sure she won't," I heard a chuckled from my dad.

Click. I locked the door to my car after parking it on my reserved parking spot in the basement.
I made my way to the elevator and after five seconds of waiting the door slides open. It was empty. I mean sure it was, if someone would be later than me for work then you're not worth working under me.
"Wait!" before the elevator door could slide back after I stepped in, a lady came in with a stack of files which was almost covering her face because of its mere height. Who could it be? You're late!
"Thank you. Oh good morning Mr. Wu! Did you sleep well last night?"
Thump. Thump. It was Heyley! She was wearing a pair of reading glasses and holding tight to the stack of files in front of her as if her life depended on it. Kris, you have to control yourself! Don't fall for her, don't fall for her!
