Hannah walked down the streets of Castle Rock. She passed people who were heading to work or going shopping. It was at least 12:00 PM which was like the Castle Rock rush hour.
She soon walked farther and farther away from crowded streets, to the less crowded, quieter streets pitside the main part of town.
Music filled Hannah's ears. She turned to look behind her only to see Ace Merrill, and his gang.
She walked faster, trying her best to get away from Ace, but no one can realistically outrun a car.
The car came to a hault and Hannah felt every muscle in her body tense.
She began walking faster, until she was sprinting, until she was running.
She heard the footsteps getting closer, then she was tackled to the pavement.
She was flipped over and she was met with the smell of alcohol.
"Get off me, you creep!" She screamed.
Ace flicked out his blade and Hannah stopped trying to move. He held the place against her throat. He dragged the sharp object across her skin, causing a scream to erupt from her mouth.
Soon Ace left her there, on the pavement, curled on a ball.
Her friends rounded the corner.
"Hannah! Oh my God!" Lily screamed.
Teddy ran to his best friend/crushes side.
Hannah wasn't waking up.
"She lost a lot of blood!" Mattie yelled.
Hannah's eyes fluttered open.
"What the fu-" She mumbled.
"Jesus Christ! You scared me! What happened?" Teddy asked.
"Ace, he jumped me." Hannah replied.
"What? In gonna rip his di-" Lily stopped him.
"Please do not finish that sentence."
Hannah stood up, and Teddy hugged her. He pulled away, grabbed her face and kissed her.
