Mattie sat in art class, her tongue sticking out slightly because she was focused on drawing a field of flowers.
Once she had finished it she carefully in her backpack, she walked to her next class, which was math. Normally she hated math, but her seat partner made everything better. It wasHes Chambers, a cute, blond, blue eyes boy with a jawline that could cut diamonds.
She sat down, and have Chris a sweet smile, he returned it.
Class started and Mattie was jotting down notes to study for the test. She heard people whispering about Chris, she ignored since it always happened because he Eyeball Chambers for a brother. Chris and his sister Lily, were very sweet, unlike how people had talked about them.
"I heard he has brain damage."
" Yeah, he must be pretty fucked up since he is a Chambers kid. " Mattie had enough.
She turned around to the two smug faced kids behind them. She stood up, she punched them both in the face.
"Miss Duchamp! To the office, NOW!"
Mattie sat in the principles office, pretty satisfied with the damage she had caused.
"You may leave now Madison."
School was now over, so Mattie just grabbed her backpack and began to walk home.
"Hey! Mattie wait!"
Mattie turned to see Chris, running to catch up with her.
"I just wanna say thank you, you know for what you did today." He thanked her.
" Oh, it's no proble-"
"No really, thank you. Here's a token of my gratitude." Before Mattie knew what was happening Chris kissed her, and like the smooth person he was, he ran right after.
Once Mattie saw he was out of sight, she just bumped the air.
